KFC Noarlunga

Ordered off this restaurant a month or 2 before Christmas and they stuffed my order up. They are extremely busy most of the time but wasn't happy at the time so I rang up and complained. Manager added me to a list for orders like normal for replacement although I did not go down and get it.

Went in there today and wasn't expecting it to be honoured as it had been so long but the manager still honoured it for me and I ordered extra as well. So was happy about that. I got home and realised not only had they honoured the replacement but they had given me a few extras as well.

Keep up the good work I know with how busy you guys get down there it's not easy to get everything right all the time but this sort of customer service is fantastic after not ordering from there for a few months as it annoyed me just blew me away.

Manager was happy to listen to my concerns with the online ordering and pricing and appreciated the feedback.

We got some old chicken so we asked for some fresh stuff, the stuff gave us a another old piece of chicken in the same box, really rude and disgusting place to eat

Ive had worse. Much much worse. Young staff giving them a chance to make their future. Love that.

Always get slow as hell service. Feels like there's only 2 workers with how slow they are. Ordered 30mins ago and still waiting for a tiny box meal

Never get the order right, and they always forget to put in the spoon to eat the potato and gravy, they must think we just scoop it out with our fingers.

My husband just went to KFC to get some revolting food. Had a few chips when he came home and they tasted like under cooked potato, they were disgusting. Why can you not get chips right, Dry, limp and tasted like under cooked potato. How you can get away with this amazes me. No wonder I wont eat it. By the way don"t call yourself a restaurant as you are not

Was given take away order with coleslaw and no utensils and no tissues. Found it our when was too far away from the restaurant

Do you like fried chicken? Good. Because KFC Noarlunga can serve you some pretty good chicken (most of the time.) With promos and special items always coming and going, you can always try something new without hurting your pocket.

The dine in room is always clean whenever I've been. Customer service is average and the wait times aren't long unless you hit the peak hours of ordering. I will say they need to pick up their chip game, have gotten mixed results when it comes to their large chips, high rate of not getting a full box.

Drive through is really quick but is a little confusing if you've ever been to a different store, most stores give you drinks at the first window, but if you pre-pay via the app, you can go straight to the 2nd window.

Update 2 weeks later. Thought we give it another go. Stuffed up 4 out of 4 orders. Most pathetic staff of the southern hemisphere. Unable to manage store with a simple order. They like to pass the blame. They dont conduct themselves professionally. Attitudes are childish. Also must mention only a couple of staff had masks on and a few were hugging each other all over the place.

Get your act together! Half filled large chips, cold and stale, zinger burger was flat and lop sided, have to repeat your order 5 times and had to wait 25mins for two zinger boxes and a large chips, pathetic! Train your staff and give the customer what they paid for!

Zingers were a solid 4/5
Chips had good salt and were fresh just needed longer to crisp up 3/5
Pepsi was nice and cold.

The guy at pay windows seemed to more interested in his phone than taking the money

Ordered a zinger 5min later told that they won't be ready for a nother 5min offered a regional burger, Bun was stale chicken was dry

Got some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had from an under cooked burger. Would definitely not reccomended horrible place.

There's chickens all ways been tasty and happy to go back there's shopping for there's cooked chicken

This place is hopeless.first of all, packed the bag in a way that the potato and gravy spilled out and went over everything, plus they forgot to put any dipping sauces or the coleslaw. On top of all that they burnt the chicken! Disgusting service and poor quality.

Worst kfc didn't even get anything to wipe the sauce of my hands after I had to pick it up from the bag and rewrap it

Worst kfc reasturant I have ever been to staff could not care less about service and food was just so oily and over cooked compared to the Edwardstown kfc this is appauling

Great service, we had to wait about 10 minutes and they gave us 2 free 1.25L Solos. Trainee was really good, give her a raise. But Elizabeth gave our friends more chicken so Idk what to say about that.
