KFC Noarlunga

I understand that mistakes in orders happen, particularly within a fast paced environment. Whilst I don’t get fast-food that often anymore, I have gone to this local store on/off for about 14 years. After again having my order messed up tonight, I realised - not once in 14 years has this store EVER gotten my order correct. Ever. Not a single time. Genuinely. It’s actually pretty astonishing because we’re talking about roughly one order every 6-12 months in a high turnover industry, so it’s not like it’s the same staff or anything? ! Considering the same single meal I’ve always gotten has somehow come to be $20, I don’t think this bodes well for you guys. I’d rather hit up the local pub for a parmy - it’s not far off the price.

Ordered a meal, they gave me a completely different meal and didn’t even confirm what I ordered through the drive thru, only realised when I got home, so annoying and was unable to eat due to diet restrictions

The drive-through has double lanes now. Good value for money, especially the chicken pieces. Chicken thigh has the most meat. I like the box meals. Thank you Noalrunga team.

ALWAYS gets order wrong through drive-thru, gave given so many tries but will never go back

Good service by the kids working in there, food was okay on the other hand. Atmosphere was okay as well because had a fair share of junkies coming in there.

Best chicken I've had from KFC in a very long time. KFC. Mount Gambier lift your game and learn how to cook chicken from KFC Noarlunga staff. This was a very busy place and the young staff I found to be very friendly and efficient. Well done

Had to have a meal replaced (again) so staff were rude because they messed up. KFC just isn't like it used to be.

(As usual) order was wrong again, service forgot to give us the coleslaw (again) -had to ask for it, drink was wrong, bun stale-even the hungry kid didn't eat it.kfc needs to train staff to listen & do better customer relations

Family member got such severe food poisoning she had to stay in hospital for a week. As an elderly woman she is struggling to recover, this is absolutely devastating and I’m so disappointed that something like this has even happened. Won’t be returning that’s for sure!

29th of September at around 7: 30 pm we had the pleasure to be served by a young lad named tahj. Very happy the way he presented himself at that last window amazing customer service skills

Don't bother with the $4.95 meal as 2 pieces of chicken are like rubber. The potatoe & gravy, chips & roll were good but the chicken puts you off. It's done me with KFC for awhile again. Staff were nice.

Get my order wrong everytime and still get it wrong when I come back a second time to fix it and the staff are always acting like you being there bothers them very unapologetic and rude

Thank you guys. Our chicken was excellent (not greasy) Salad was crisp with the right amount of sauce.

Order and timelines good. Ran out of a portion but substitute was fine. Couldnhave had a certain choice and waited but very happy on compromise. Busy night.

The burger may of been edible if i didnt watch the cook pick his teeth and not wash his hands right before making it

Absolutely horrible. Ordered through the drive through about 6pm, & they stuffed up the order so had to go in & fix what we noticed. Then got home to find out the 8 pieces of hot n spicey, were actually 8 pieces of original. So back we went again, where it was exchanged for tepid, bland pieces probably left over from lunch. During the 5 minute wait, 5 other customers brought their bags back in too. The girl on the counter couldn't even get another persons drinks right, whilst the person was standing there. Busy or not, get the order right the 1st time & there will be less annoyed people all round, & less wastage!

Asked for a zinger box with extra salt on the chips.didnt end up getting extra salt on the chips and the zinger burger had a pube in it. The pube tasted great though.edit - Went back and got molested by one of the cooks

I wouldn't even give these pathetic mutts a half a star could even get it order right ask for extra chicken salt and don't even get any at all and when you ring them they turn around say we have 15 year olds working for us absolute joke worst KFC in Adelaide

Check your order last time missing chicken this time coleslaw no phone answer, annoyed go and get refund on item and sad scripted excuse, How regular this must be or am i just super unlucky. LIFT your game

They need to be put under investigation for food safety
Watched them take chips that a customer had tried and not liked.to be taken and put back and served to another customer
Wont be back
