Got chicken tenders today and they were definitely the best chicken tenders I have had in my life I can die happy now thank you Colonel Sanders your a great guy

It's a quite small but very efficient store, clean & tidy & usually busy but rarely wait long for the food which has never disappointed me over the many years of calling in now & then.

We order and it was very very busy and order a lot of food and order large donuts and 6 wings which cost a quite a bit of money and we didn’t get them so it’s a little disappointing.

Excellent service! I was served by a lovely young lady named Sam and she took the time to explain the different menu choices that were suitable for my family. If you are ever in the Modbury area, make sure to pay a visit to this lovely place!

All staff are friendly and happy to serve with a smile. Would of given 5 stars, but they don't like cleaning, tables and chairs could do with a wipe and the floor could do with a sweep, especially after lazy people leave their mess.

I must admit that despite coming here often there has been various times where ive been disapointed with the food quality, some cases it was over cooked and in one case i actually had the wrong order given at the drive thru but ive now learnt what are the best days and times to go for the better food and service

This is our local KFC and we always had great meals from here. The only issue is the drive thru can be very slow at times. Sometimes 1 order holds up everyone. I would request store to consider having couple of waiting bays, so people don't have to wait 10 mins from speaker box to the payment window.

A girl manager on the Saturday lunch time was amazing. There was a stuff up in the order and she sorted in 1 second, quality. I wish o got her name, about 23-26 years at a guess. Well impressed! Keep up the good work

Could have been better a man came in for his order that he did online and they couldn't find it and when he went and got his phone it was flat i don't know if they gave him his order or not as we had left i hope that he did get it he had his children with him

I ordered the tripple dipple double decker zinger burger and it was spectacular i weighed 100kg before the meal now i weigh 210 kg thanks thats a new record

It's KFC, so you know what to expect with the product, but it's the service that makes this one stand out. When handing out the food via drive through, they maintain eye contact till you drive off! It's the little things that make you feel like a valued customer.

Order and service was good but the wait in line was unbelievably long compared to what I've experienced at other KFC stores

Went yesterday food was terrible chips were cold and soggy bought a twister it looked terrible had very very little inside chicken was not edible staff not very friendly never returning last few times food same had to return as left out half of the order

5: 30pm. Staff were busy on drive through while I was one of two pick ups. I counted 16 orders go through the drive through while I was there. Not sure my order went though with the same urgency. Waited 15 minutes.

Who doesn't love KFC. This is my favourite KFC with the best fresh fries with lots of that yummy KFC salt

Ordered online and yes there was a delay in time but it didn't bother my family and myself. Our food was fresh and delicious plus crunchy as well. The food was still hot when we received it and the delivery driver was polite.

We will be ordering again soon as we know our food will be hot still when it arrives at our front door.

Poor service compared to others, regular mistakes in ordering, either they take the order down wrong or done wrong in the kitchen.

Honestly the best service I've experienced at a fast food joint, staff are always polite fast and accurate with our orders.

It's my local! Always pretty fast with ordering however depending on the time of day the line for the drive though can be a nightmare.
