KFC Modbury

Not happy 3 times in a row was short changed on my delivery. Not right amount of chicken, coleslaw and dipping sauces. Won’t order again.

Below average in relation to other KFCs in Adelaide, much smaller portion sizes compared to others also

I was having a lot of issues with an order constantly being mistaken and having issues sorting it out until Katelyn came to my rescue, she was amazing and was so respectful and amazing to talk to, I wouldn't have been able to get Friday work lunch sorted without her, life saver.

Ordered 30 mins ago but didn’t pop up on screen so I remind her that I came to counter let her now that I haven’t got my order yet, she said had to put manually and wait as the queue?

Nice modern KFC renovation with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal.

Staff were friendly and eager to rectify any issues that occurred during my visit.

Kids with terrible attitude work here. Stuff up your order first, charge you for a large meal and when ask for a bag to put three boxes and the girl reacted like it was the worst thing you could do to her. Seriously! Terrible customer service! Guy at the till said 'its too hot today hence he stuffed up' good excuse.

Just like any other KFC yet the staff here don't understand the importance of giving customers spoons for their potato n gravy, spoons for their coleslaw and napkins!

After driving for 10 hours and then getting something quick to eat and then arriving at a rest area down the road from this kfc to find none of these was extremely annoying.

Staff REtraining required.

Be prepared to wait, whether you're going through drive-thru or ordering instore. Both options have an exceptionally long line.
Chips were subpar, not crispy at all.
This experince has helped me remember why I never go here.

Wanted to give a big shoutout to young lad Tyson for his professionalism when handling my Zinger box order. He provided exceptional customer service and good attitude. I will be returning.

This branch is horribly inconsistent, especially if you order online or delivery. The food is always soggy and tasteless by the time it arrives because they pack it too early and leave it trapped in moisture. You pay all this money for something like day old chicken and fries. I had food delivered in such a soggy tasteless condition to the point of having to throw it out because it was just un edible. Don’t be surprised to find your order missing some items as well. Again paying money for missed items. Whether they missed putting the right amount of nuggets, or missed putting any sauce, or even unseasoned fries after you asked for extra salt, or missing an item altogether. It’s ridiculous how the only thing they are consistent with, is how often they would mess up your order and your meal…

Nice store, friendly staff, although we did have to ask for spray and a cloth to clean our table, so did some other customers.

Long line up then pour service, followed by a 10 Min wait to find no chicken available for another 15 mins
Very disappointed

I bought chips few days back and it was seriously yuk …moreover made me to vomit.
Not recommended though!
Will never visit again.

Unwelcoming with big screens to order with and staff's backs turned. Can't believe they got rid of the ice cream and my chips were limp after being put in the box too early while waiting for my burger to be made. Unlikely to return.

Cant go wrong with kfc not bad horrendous entry point. To the restraunt when entering from north east road really tight turn so watch out for cars behind you

Tonight they got a girl taking orders.she is learning, it took 20 minutes to put an order through the cash register, no seniors or experience person to help, she ask for help 4 times terrible service for busy people trying to get home after a long day at work.

We have been ordering through the lockdown and our order has NEVER been correct! So sick of paying for things we aren't getting.

Friendly staff with clean environment. Their chicken is juicy and crispy this is what we all want from KFC. Their prices are good and not expensive.
