I can't believe that I was waited 30 minutes for 6 wicked wings even though I ordered buy app before come.

Hit and miss. If the staff know what they doing which sadly is few and far between. Burnt chips giving out wrong orders.make you wait 20 minutes for 1 burger (when there is no line up) when you query why it's taking so long it's the wrong order. Then beware of the Freind's of staff in dining room. They will cuss you out for getting there imcompatant mate in trouble for not doing his job right. I will never bring my children back to this store.

Bad bad service, you do NOT get what you ordered they just DON'T care! Boxed meals under-portioned and the bottom of the box swimming in OIL and fat soaking through the Box. 3wings 1drumstick 1small brest do NOT make 4 pieces of chicken for the enormous price they ask!
And mostly no serviettes / paper towels, and how do you eat your mash and gravy or coleslaw?

Both quality and qty are not worth it! Made a complaint which went nowhere, highly disappointing location

Usually good. Sometimes have to wait a bit when queue is long. Chips can be unpleasantly salty on a regular basis.

Always great food here.but unfortunately my orders are always not filled correctly.hard to check big orders all the time.

Just got home after the most appalling visit to Mawson lakes KFC! Right off the bat the customer service was terrible, wouldn’t let us order what we wanted even tho we have been getting the same thing for years, extremely slow to get food with much fuss, we’re asked twice at pick up window what we had ordered

Final get home to eat to find that orders and wrong and chicken portions are tiny! Asked for extra salt on chips and taste like they are salt reduced, the chicken is also under cooked and pink just unbelievable

I was told they are under new management, but I don’t think there was any management or experienced staff within 100m of the kitchen

Absolute poor service, NOT WORTH IT'S MONEY $$ meals are always undersized in chicken but way over filled with chips -/-because they are cheap, but mostly way too much salt. Always have to ask for cutlery and serviette's. The first thing they take though is your money? !? ! McDonald's and hungry Jack's are not much better.

Seriously slow service at the counter. No organisation and missed items from our order. Don't get me started about uber eats. They should have a team dealing with that side separately might reduce the errors at front counter.

Chicken burger, meat was dry and bun was on its way to being stale. Pepsi was warm so paid $11? And the only reasonable thing were the chips.

Still yet to have a good experience from this location. Usually a bit slow but have also been asked what I've ordered again at the next window (think the computer crashed or something) and have had multiple times where an item from an order was just missing.

The food you get though is standard kfc quality so at least it's cooked OK but double check what you pick up before you leave!

Short guy front counter nice and friendly even though it gets really busy, you can tell they stressing but he keeps it professional

Order Pick Up, Pay and Collect. Ask if extra pieces added which was answered "Yes"

Get home, no extra piece, no large coleslaw. Ring store 3 times and no answer. Send email to Customer feedback line, Head Office (HO)

Receive phone call from store next day. Offered 2 pieces of chicken then up to 5 pieces. Explained this is of little help after the fact and the night was a sons birthday and I went without food so others had enough to eat.

HO explained it is stores decision on compensation yet store says it is HO decision on compensation. Buck passing but i guess they have plenty of Bucks to pass around.

Customer experience 0/10.

Went through the drive through after 10 pm food great the young man of maybe 19 pompous someone should tell him without customers no job!

Waited for more than 30 mins. The guy doing the til didnt even apologised for it. Poor customer service. No empathy.

Hit and miss with this store. Tonight's dinner was a create your own bucket which never comes in a bucket these days.

It was edible, just! The chicken pieces and strips were over cooked and dry, the chips under cooked and under salted. The pop corn chicken was perfect and the best thing in it all. The coleslaw wasn't as cold as it could have been.due to I had to wait 10 mins I was told was just shy of 20 mins before I got my meal so meantime the drink n coleslaw are already with me, luckily it wasn't a warm night.

It seems what ever KFC store we go to in any northern suburb.the food is hit and miss.
The only store I've NEVER had fault with is the Greenhill Rd/Glen Osmond Rd. But I'm working from home now so I don't get to go anymore.

Helpful service but the food is still continuing to drop in standard. Far from the KFC of years ago. Tiny bits of i think is chicken and no flavour.

The staff were absolutely rude, they looked behind me when talking to me in stead of looking at me in the eyes. It's been happening for a while and I strongly recommend to employ more local employees who understand English.

Spent 20 minutes in drive through because lady at window I believe her name was Jennifer can’t count money even though the machine tells you what to give back

KFC please I beg you train your staff before you put them on service or send them back to school to learn how to tender cash

Very slow service, waited 30 minutes even when there were no customers, also notices that the prices were jacked from other Kfc stores, never coming back.
