KFC Mawson Lakes

We dined in. My partner only had 10 chips in his meal. The chips were pretty average. They were overcooked. The person serving didn't have very good social/people skills.
Also not a fan of the self serve pay by card only kiosks.

Weirdly stingy with the chips today.usually large chips are full to the top of the box at least, today both boxes were 75% max, did you run out or something?

Whenever I'm in Adelaide. I always stop in for a Zinger Box. No KFC on the Copper Coast.

The staff were to busy talking left me waiting and the shop is to Dark its not a high class dining place its more take away

Worst kfc I have ever gone into.if not for my partner who likes to eat in the dining part.service is terrible.they focus on drive through only.you have to report your order 2 times or more b4 they get it right.never get hot food. Luke warm at best.have to ask for spoons with a meal that had potato and gravy in it.never put it in the meal box and serviettes are always have to ask.and they give you a dumb look.the restaurant is always filthy, floors dirty, the 1 bin they is always overflowing.so many times I had to ask for a cloth to wipe my table down.the manger and staff spent more time talking to each other than serving customers.went to Salisbury kfc.by God it was like 5 star dining compared to Mawson lakes.service and food was 100 trillion times better.the place was clean.

The food is below adverage and that's really not on especially for the prices. Chips were frozen still but seemed stale. The chicken on the burgers wasn't even spicey and very thing almost crumbs and the bun seemed days old. But the service was great and very fast.

Thanks to the girls in drive thru working the late shift tonight. Super friendly and still figured out a way to get us our food even though the cash register had been put away and we had no card on us. Especially the girl with the blonde hair! Amazing customer service.

Went through the drive through and had to wait 8 mins for chicken strip's which was fine but 20 minutes later food was still not ready, walked in store to get our food. Only to find out after we had left the chicken we waited for needed another 10 mins to cool down before we could eat it and the burgers and chips were cold.
Why cook burgers and chips only to have to wait extra time for chicken prices.

Was really impressed with the service in drive thru tonight.

The girl in drive thru order taking and serving did a incredible job.

Food was hot and fresh.

Order the chicken and wicked wings pack tonight. The chicken pieces that we had were terrible as you can see from the picture. If your KFC does not want to offer the chicken and wicked wings pack anymore, please let the customer know rather than giving us all the s@&t parts.

Very bad service here, we ordered a family meal.
They did not even give us a serviette no paper towel not even a spoon to eat the potato gravy. Please train your staff again to provide the service better.

I'm not happy with this place because we always don't get everything in our order, there's always something missing. Not happy at all.

Drive through was a pain as the young guy didn't understand my order even though there was no special requirements. Food was nice though and no issues with my meal.

Literally forgot to add a zinger box to our meal AGAIN.there were 3 other people in line who didnt get theirs

Not great service food wasn't any good they stuffed up the order when there weren't any other people there then we got the meal and they stuffed it up again and gave us 3 wrong burgers sorry guys

Unfortunately after waiting in the drive thru for quite a while, when I got the meal home the chicken was so overcooked that the coating was as hard as rock. Not very pleasant.

The best take away by far.better than McDonald's for value and meal sizes.

Chips didn't have much seasoning on them but damn were they fresh and hot! Really hit the spot. Super efficient service, my online order went through and was given to me without much wait at all.

Just ordered 3pce box.received 2pce of chicken oversalted chips and squashed roll, not happy jan.

Couldn't get what I wanted.wait 15 minutes because no chicken cooked for 3 piece meals.
Got 3 measly chicken wings which are smaller than the original order asked for.no serviette.no spoon for potato.
