KFC Hallett Cove

The service was terrible it took 30 minutes to get my food and they gave me really bad pieces of chicken.

Whichever young lady served us tonight at 7pm Saturday needs a serious brush up in customer service. We accidentally made a mistake with our drive through order and had to start again and repeat the order. Once this happened she just became rude and abrupt with everything we said as if she was angry because we wasted her time. When she asked what drink we wanted with our meals I asked if they had vanilla Pepsi Max she rudly responded in a loud voice "NO, NO WE DONT" We were not rude to her at any point then apologised on ordering for stuffing up the order, then when we picked the food up from the windows she said nothing and just stared us down!

Rooms are good and clean. The pool is nice. Location is central with beach about a 900m walk. A bit far.
Service was terrible. For a large hotel english would be helpful.
The man in charge was just rude. I spend a lot of time in Thailand and I have never come across service this bad.

Took about five minutes in drive thru because no one take the order. It is common the Chips without salt and the wings are horrible tast every time. "The No 1. " KFC shop in the world.

Worst service I have ever had in any kfc, lunchtime, 2 people in store waiting, 1 left, at the very least I had to wait 5 mins just to place my order, then another 5 mins to be told there is a 3 1/2 mins wait on tenders. There only seemed to be 2 young girls on duty at this time, I was just getting ready to cancel my order when 2 other staff turned up. So it was between 15 to 20 minutes before I got my huge order of 1 popcorn chicken gobucket, a pepper mayo slider, and a 375ml can of pepsi, I kid you not. I wanted to take 3 stars of my last and first review but it only let me take off 2. My new reveiw is 1 out of 5 stars. Oh they did say sorry about wait, which is what you would expect at the very least.

I went to kfc today and ordered for my son a fill em up, only to be told I will have to wait 9 mins because they have no chicken for the pack I asked just put a wing in instead of the leg when I got the meal there was no wipes or serviette and was told they dont supply wipes asked why not, all the other stores do and the manager said we dont, again I asked why he just said we dont supply them could not give me an answer as to why, so my son had nothing to wipe his greasy hands from the chicken he ate luckily I had sanitizer and tissues in the car. Thank you kfc never again at this store. Hallett cove community Avoid at all cost. Just read the 1 star reviews its always the same thing. Wake up head office.

Wait 15 minutes in Drive Thru and get to the pick up window to be bluntly told 7 minute wait on chicken park out the front. It's common practise to over charge here too happens everytime. The excuse the staff give you that there new is wearing old.

Ordered a colonels meal for my family. I mentioned that i didnt want chicken wings, and what did they do.give me chicken wings instead of a breast or chicken leg! They left out the dipping sauce for the meal and i had to remind them about giving me a drink that came with te meal. Obviously the staff need to listen to the customer and be more focussed on what theyre doing!

Wow wow wow, I ordered my double tender burger from here and was not disappointed. I was served by a staff member named Caleb and he demonstrated some of the best customer service I have ever received. I will be coming back again and look forward to having his excellent greeting again! 5 Stars from me!

Got a zinger box from the drive through chips were raw and chicken tasted like it had been microwaved for ten seconds, maybe I have to cook the food myself. The drink was the only good thing

Placed order at 6.30pm today. App showed out for delivery at 6.50pm. Order didn't get delivered for the next one hour and after three calls to the driver directly. The store didn't even bother to pick up the phone. Not a great experience, but being in lockdown, didn't have many options! Avoid this store like the plague and support some other local business.

Second time visiting here tonight and second time missing part of my order, I know the chips are really small in a box meal but only 3 big chips and 4 small ones floating around in the bag, and missing the original piece of chicken that comes with the deal. Disappointed

Ordered a feast and the chips where to seasoned, salty and damp. The chicken was dry and had way to much breadcrumbs. Overall it was like Jake Paul’s music

Wow! Absolutely phenominal resturaunt.never once disappointed with the food.the cook skills champion is an absolute legend.has to be the best around i reckon #winggang

This is a delayed review and things may have changed but among my 7-8 experiences at this restaurant since opening I can't say I was impressed once. I always thought Hallett Cove was missing a KFC but this one doesn't fill that void. The drive thru is horrible to navigate in a large car. The chips have always been soggy and lifeless. The chicken is sad too. The popcorn chicken is mostly batter and void of chicken. If you go into the store to order there is always a longer wait than seems necessary.

To management, please give this store a shake up and give Hallett Cove the KFC it deserves.

Waited 15-20 minutes, didn’t get a receipt, any of the sauces, and the twisters we got weren’t wrapped properly at all and were ripped. Got told to park for 6 minutes after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru and waited another 10 before walking in to ask and all the workers were stood still or close to it, not working and having a conversation. The manager stood in between the workers also going very slow. Both times we were told “sorry for the wait” but then they proceeded to work with no urgency at all. Store wasn’t busy, just incredibly lazy.

Absolutely disappointing. The drive through is an absolute accident waiting to happen (too narrow to turn your vehicle safely through). Waited far too long for the meal and was aware there were many other drivers waiting in line behind me. Whilst waiting at the window for my meal, I noticed that the staff were swapping meals from one bag to another as though they are unsure whose order they are filling; appeared very disorganised. Once I rec'd my meal, found that I had very soggy chips (one was actually green!) and the zinger twister just fell to pieces and the sauce all just leaked everywhere. I wasn't provided with a proper tax invoice receipt upon request; but eventually was given some sort of kitchen type docket instead (no Tax Invoice, no abn on it, just the order no.and some other 6 digiti number. After quite some time, when I realised that I had not received a proper Tax Invoice, I had to drive back to Hallet Cove store and request a tax invoice, to which I was initially told by the staff member "the one they gave me is the only receipt that they could print out, " but then later and another staff member did manage to print out and provide me with a proper Tax Invoice. In their defence, they offered me a store credit to start with, but I declined and told that I am never coming back to their store as I don't feel safe driving my car through that drive through and the staff member told me that the staff have already told the head office and owners, but no one has acted upon this. After declining the store credit, the assistant mananger was very respectful, and then she offered me a full refund (but she could only give it to me in cash, and could not return it back on my card, I found that a bit disappointing since their is a sign which says, "we prefer to be cashless' or something to that effect and yet I have to take their cash from their Till?). I did accept the refund, so I am grateful for that KFC (thank you). For the sake of safety of others, I do hope that you address the narrow driveway as a matter or URGENCY AND PRIORITY.

Hi Rebecca (customer service) - I have noted your reply - thank you, however it's not just about service, rather it's about SAFETY! The owners need to address the safety concerns in relation to the drivethrough. It is very narrow and not fit for purpose! Look through the comments of other customers who have visited that venue. Please address that issue.

This is the worst KDC, ran out of Zinger fillets at Saturday lunchtime but still took my order and took 10 mins to tell me they couldn't do it. Save your time and go to KFC Reynella

Tonight we ordered our meal Family Feast was not asked what drink we wanted the young man was not very friendly, we only live 5 mins away by the time we went to serve up the chicken the box fell apart and the amount of grease left in the box.yuck. Never had a meal that bad before. Now about the drive thru not very well designed accident waiting to happen.
