KFC Hallett Cove

As good good as other KFC stores. Is part of the petrol station. Have to drive round a kind of service road to get to it. Was happy with everything.

Been here 2 times.

First time they got my order wrong and gave me a standard twister instead of a zinger crunch +bbq sauce, confirming this at the prder box, and the chips looked and tasted like they were old and had been refried.

The second time I ordered 2 crunch twisters + BBQ sauce, 1 for me and 1 for another person, confirming this when we paid.

When I ate mine it contained little to no sauce and no BBQ sauce.

When the other one was opened it was the exact same.

I called up and explained what happened in both situations and was told that the person I was speaking to was the person who made them and that they made them correctly, leaving me speechless at the thought that they would not instead say "I'm pretty sure I made them correctly, I'm sorry if they are incorrect".

They offered me an email to send a photo of the wrap too but the other had almost been finished as well.

I was not after a replacement maybe just a " I'll look into it and try not to make this mistake again. " not everyone wants things free. An apology would have been enough.

The original twister was still yummy just not what I was after.

The floors are greasy the tables are dirty food on seats and staff are oblivious to people trying to order DO NOT RECOMEND!

Best KFC for fast and friendly service. Place is never that busy and staff always friendly.

The only problem I have had with this KFC is the drive-through is a big tight. If you have a large vehicle best to walk in.

Best KFC in the land, staff here need to be rewarded. They do really well for the limited space they have available, I'm never left hungry after receiving a feed from here.

Staff at this KFC exceed their expectations. Always wonderful service, fresh and they do good chips.

Got the Giant feast, 13 pieces instead of 15, no coleslaw. Old dried out chicken. Really disappointed. Check your orders

Always seem to have things missing from my meals, they replace it which is good but not fun having to drive back each time

By far the worst service of any KFC I have been to. Slow, incompetent and rude. I have been here 3 times. Each time my order has been forgotten, I have waited over 20 minutes and no apology.

This was great when it opened. The last 6 months it has been terrible. Always out of stock and the oil is disgusting. I don't think they change it anyomore. Everything is mission brown in colour.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. But also forgetful. I ordered a large meal but they forgot my drink.

Order took way too long.

Waited for over half an hour for the drive in, the food was never going to be worth it after that

Everytime we order here they either give us the wrong burger/item or something is missing from the order.

Tonight ordered a zinger stacker box and was told there was only one zinger fillet, that’s fine, except we got an original recipe burger instead of a zinger one. Order 6 extra wicked wings and only got three. Very disappointing

Last three delivery orders i've done are always completely wrong. Hallett Cove KFC is horrible. I've tried ringing them 4 times tonight and no anwer. Will never be going back there.

Seems everytime I go here either something is missed on order, food is bad, long wait or bad customer service.
Tonight was all.
Staff are without care, forgot part of the order, chips were under cooked without salt and all small pieces of chicken. Oh and the drive thru 90 degree corner is a joke. Think I'll be making the longer trip to morphett vale again.

Pretty slow service unfortunately. The chips were smoking hot though so that was a plus but I think the chicken had been sitting in the box for a while, while the chips were cooking so the chicken was cold. It’s still kfc so would go back, just disappointing when some parts are good and others aren’t

This is the second time coming to this KFC the first time we waited 26 mins to get our food and by the time we got it was cold and so bad. They forget a burger in that order.

Today we waited 39 mins to get our food which the forget a burger, our nuggets and the meal was meant to be large it came small. Tried to ring to let them know called 5 times and no one is answering. What a joke. Cost us $67.95 for dinner which was missing most of the order. We will never go back

Ordered zinger meal and max popcorn chicken. Staff got everything out of the heated area but had to wait for the burger. By the time the burger was ready and we got home (a 5 minute trip) everything except the burger was cold and the drink was warm. Very disappointed by the lack of care shown by the staff. Will get KFC again just not from this store.

Generally okay although there's a tight 90° bend just before the pickup window.
Normally haven't been there during a peak period but I called through at 1: 30pm and they seemed to be in disarray. Still got the boxed meal okay in an acceptable time, but no drink or spoon/napkin packet.
