KFC Gawler

It's kfc. You all know what you get. Staff were reasonable and polite and we got chicken. Done.

This KFC has always been average. Not fantastic but not all that bad. I would describe my meal yesterday as average.

Service great, cleanliness great, meal not great.chicken undercooked, bloody, chips old. Should have gone to maccas.

Good KFC store and obviously extremely popular judging by the long line for drive through service. But the staff was fast, efficient and friendly.
The food was what you'd expect, and it help our hungry child happy until we could get home.

Less greasy chicken and popcirn chicken than usual which is nice, food was really fresh as well

Had the great pleasure of visiting KFC Gawler today and the highlight was being served by ASHLEY F, a young man with an extremely engaging personality who was entertaining, polite and very efficient. What a fantastic employee I am sure he will go far in life. Thanks for bringing a smile to our faces Ashley, and the chicken was also excellent.
Only downfall was all the rubbish out the back left there by your lazy customers.

Generally a good spot, pretty accesable and good ammount of parks. The staff seemed a bit new and a few of em slightly inexperianced as it took a bit of fumbling to get our order sorted but the food itself was insanely fresh, probably some of the freshest fast food i've had in a few years. It was also extreanly busy, yet our food got out within a minute or 2, very solid KFC.

Parked in carpark took 20mins to get out because of line up for drive through all the way out on to the road

Certainly sub par customer service to begin with, the girl who served us clearly did NOT want to be there and every one of our meals were missing at least one item - it was corrected upon approach, but it was quiet at the time and they were basic meals, so no reason for it. Food was as expected (when we got it sorted) so no complaints there, but I certainly wouldn't be returning in a hurry.

The dirty chicken gets the job done, can't beat a KFC craving but after it's consumed you regret every bite. But KFC Gawler be the best one around fast and fresh not like most KFCs around.

Honestly giving this KFC a 1 star rating is even a stretch, I previously had given it 2 stars before going in with a friend, the food is good as far as KFC stores go, but the staff are rude and shouldn't be hired honestly.let me explain however- so when I arrived at the store i sat down with my friend and ordered online and checked in. 30 minutes went by and so did about 10 orders and it still showed my order on the board as still being prepared, so I went up to the counter and asked how much longer it was going to be (keep in mind I asked, when the store was empty and my order was the only one on the board) the 'manager' assuming it was the manager came over and started having a go at me saying the staff had been yelling out my name for 20 minutes yet apparently me and my friend didn't hear it in the empty store, the manager then continued to blame me for wasting peoples time and being a difficult customer, got my order, and it was wrong and had wrong food in it, so I just left.

(On the online order for KFC I provided both my phone number and email for them to contact me if they couldn't instore)
Were obviously too lazy or ignorant to use the function.

Improved greatly since years ago when I got food poisoning everytime. Need better back up if internet goes down

Very busy drive through and no menu boards until you get to windows. Puts a lot of pressure on kids taking orders. Too long a wait

Ordered my meal and drove off. Went to have my drink and realised it had already been opened.poor form ya dogs

Just got served in the drive through by Ashley F at KFC Gawler and they were AMAZING! What a legend! They were super helpful and upbeat, we could tell they knew their stuff. If they aren't a manager yet, they should be.

Update: Cars in drive through are usually lined up out to the road (10+ cars waiting) at dinner time after 6pm. 4

Usually pretty friendly and happy to fix mix ups, just a bit of a wait every time we go and sometimes only working one window during busy times

Fresh as always.never any food fails/defects that I can recall.the staff are well presented and will work with you to perfect your order. Great place

They've taken down the menu boards in the drive-thru so you can't work out what you want until you get to the window and while you make your decision you're holding up the line so you feel like your rushed into buying something you didn't want or forget to buy the thing you did want! Apart from that they're pretty good, I get why you don't want to give us plastic straws but you still give us plastic spoons, so why not give us little wooden spoons and paper straws if it means that much to you.
I miss the straws!

Hands down the best KFC I have been to! Really clean, eating area has a nice view, staff were really friendly, everything we ordered was awesome! Keep up the great work!
