Ordered three piece box, ran out of chicken give me three little strips in place of chicken, thoroughly disgusted, you can stick KFC, ALDI have Southern fried chicken, taste just as good if not better

Ordered and paid for 10 wicked wings, got 6 only. And the girl taking the order didn’t have any respect. I was ordering and instead of listening to me, she was laughing and paying attention to someone at back. (As a result, missing order). Also, i was waiting to order from long time, the girls at the back saw us standing in line but they were chatting to each other and laughing instead of coming to take the order. So annoyed with the service!

Sunday night, Hickey was burnt, and the large potatoes and mash was 2 thirds gravy, the worst experience of kfc ever! @@

They had no original chicken ready when i arrived at 11 for my lunch. Only had wings and tenders or zinger. So i ordered the zinger and it was cold, so were the soggy chips. Disappointing really. Surely you would have everything ready when you open your doors for customers!

Ordered 6 wiked wings meals but got half chips filled with scraps in the chips box. Disappointed with that.recommend you check inside of box if you have full filled chips or right number of chickens.

Check your order! Past three times we have gone there they get the order wrong. Always add mayo when asking for no mayo. Just going to go to one down the road from now on.

Thanks to have this branch in Adelaide. I have always, ALWAYS have a fabulous food here. The quality is same and awesome, the taste is fabulous. I had a bad experience and KFC Marion shopping centre on level 2 and never go back to that branch anymore. I will keep going to this branch which I know is always the best, quick, tasty and quality food.

Had NO CHICKEN. I dont mean they just ran out. But they didn't have any at all for the whole day. Burgers only basically.
When I spoke to a staff member she advised it happened one day the week before.
KFC No chicken?

First time - I ordered a 6 nugget meal and 10 nuggets. Received 6 nugget meal and 6 nuggets. No receipt given by staff so I didn't go back to complain.
Second time - I was offered 2 chocolate mousses for $3.00 and some change. I got home to find no mousses. No receipt given by staff again.
Next time - sorry, no next time.

Most of the time when I visit chicken is very good and cooked right can be dry or over cooked sometimes very rare thou

Went in for a pick up, when I came back with the food, noticed quite a few stuff missing from my order. Had to go back for the missing food. They gave me the missing food but I could tell they thought I was lying. I understand where they were coming from, but either way I am avoiding the place. Don't like going to back to a place twice to get one order and I sure don't like being thought of as someone who would lie to score extra food.

The short manager, Chelsea was really friendly and ensured that the team was pumping out orders. Will definitely be coming back to Everard!

Always try to order via the KFC App so you will get food cheaper than the drive in or over the counter. App has got lots of offers as well which is not available over the counter or drive in.eg.bought 12 tenders for less than 10 and the same thing drive in price was 19.95 for 9 pieces. But the staff are really nice and ready to help if you need them. They all are ready to run an extra mile. Really nice place to order food. Didn’t try the dine in. But there is plenty of parking spaces available all the times. Would really recommend this place

On the edge of Anzac highway this place has good parking areas and easy access from leader street too

Possibly the best KFC I've ever been to. Very nice staff and the food was insanely good. Oliver deserves to be promoted he's the nicest guy I've ever met!

Went through drive through. Got the WRONG Order! Paid $29, only got 6 pieces and a zinger burger. Where is my Potatoes AND beverage? ? Didn’t realise it until I was far gone. I didn’t ask for a receipt but $29 for 6 pieces and a zinger burger doesn’t sounds right!

Staff are not normal at all! I went there on the drive through then at the first window was no one there so I kept driving till the third window then the girl said I have to go to the first window again because that girl was inside!

So I drove again to the first window and again no one was there!

So I kept driving to the third window then the same girl said that girl is still inside!

She asked me to drive to the first window for the third time! I said no way I don’t want to order from here and I left!

They very rude and disappointing she even didn’t say sorry to me!

Everything is good I keep ordering as it is close to my house but on 31 May around 12: 25 pm I ordered 6 wicket wings (only wings), 1 twister and I lemonade through drive through but there was only 5 wicket wings.not happy today please make sure before you serve the order. Thank you

Last night I bought some kfc chicken and it was really worse.
They have given me the previously cooked chicken which was full oily and hard to eat.
I directly throwed it in the bin.
I think they have just reheated and served me already cooked chicken.
Worst experience for the 1st time in kfc
