Mal practice at your store. I went to drive-through, and I was served by Micheal on at the window. I ordered one zinger box, one popcorn, go bucket and one supercharged slider. I was charged dollars 26,65. Upon asking the receipt. The guy pretended that printer is not working, whereas I saw the receipt came out of the printer, and then he went to grab a roll for the printer from another counter when he opened the printer, I was able to see all the things when you open the printer. The role was there and I asked give me the receipt. He said you can get it from next window I said no I want my receipt now I paid over here. I need my receipt here Right, he pretended that ignorance that he don’t know how to use the printer. I asked him to that I want to see his manager. He called the manager name, Patrick upon asking the receipt he given me the receipt where I was charged one dollar donation, which I haven’t consented for. This store is using malpractices to rip off the customers as the charging customers without their consent and not providing the receipt. If somebody is not seeing the receipt that means you are ripped off at KFC. I’m reading this with the Australian Complaint and Consumer commission that this is very common at KFC, if this guy is serving a customer and charging like this, that means he’s ripping off 1000 customers of KFC every day, and upon asking, he pretended to be ignorant, not providing the receipt and then this Manager Patrick refunded me the money for the wholemeal, but that was not, my motive was like not to cheat people at KFC I don’t know whether there is some sort of promotion going on from your end that which Store make the most donation they will get reverted so if that is the case you guys should stop it straightaway because that is how your customers are ripped off that your staff members are charging without consent of the customer. I’m also raising it on social media platform to make it aware that people are not getting ripped off

Today I experienced the rudest person who serve me today at this branch he keep throwing things in front of me and I saw him throwing things in front of his manager so i need to talk the manager and complain about his behaviour, l luckily the manager is very nice and he apologised to me straight away, I think that person is a bully I saw him how he bullied the the girl who work with him that day, I think that person doesn’t deserve to work there, rude and arrogant person.

The bun on the burger I just ordered was so stale I couldn’t eat it. In addition, this place constantly runs out of menu items.

Got drive thru on a late night heading home. Was expecting it to be pretty average, being around 11pm, but surprisingly the chips were fresh and the twister was spot on. Great job!

Good customer service. Very friendly lady came to the counter and checked I was being served after I had already ordered. Food was as expected.

Standard KFC. Friendly and quick service at the drive through. I'd recommend downloading the app so you can order in advance and just tap that you've arrived when you are there. Also you can get deals on the app too.

Wouldn’t substitute nuggets for anything else in a burger feast meal with no good reason
Asked for manager and no one came to explain why

The food was delicious, but they gave me too much spoons. Like one mashed potato with six spoons!

I was disappointed.
For being a busy KFC (on Anzac hwy) it was not up to standard. The nuggets we got were barely luke warm.
I did take them back and got fresh ones cooked. They were good.
For this KFC location there is only one drive in and the exact same drive for going out. Makes it a quite hard to enter unless you are already on Anzac hwy going west. Another entrance should be made for other directions as you cannot do a U turn on leader street. Which means most times it's easier to keep on driving elsewhere, instead of finding a way back.

The burgers, fries and popcorns are pretty soggy. Ik it’s hard to give full fresh food but keeping it in the warmer for long and serving us can be very poor quality.

Forgot everything, Asked for my drink, then sauce, then spoons for my gravy, drove off. Covered in liquid dripping from the twister and find they also Forgot my Gravy.

Quality is so poor. Isn't the freid chicken should be crispy? Every time the chicken is full of oil and soggy. Does kfc do crispy chicken any more? Or they should name it as soggy chicken.

Food was old and oily, every table was dirty, every bin over fowing but the staff were having a great time masks on their chins. The young lady at the counter earned the one point mask on and appeared to be the only one focused on customers.

One of the most longer order to prepare. As a food courier i dont want to back here! Im waiting for 30mins!

Food is great however usually comes from the racks at luke warm temperature:/ Would love fresher feeling food that doesn’t make me feel yuck

Constantly receive average to poor food quality from this store - Only go here when other local stores are shut. Be prepared to pay higher prices with their "late night menu". A burger that is $4.95 suddenly becomes $5.45.50cents on a single item.it will add up very quickly if feeding a family!

Also don't expect a receipt for your purchase.despite being provided a receipt is part of consumer law.this and a few other kfc stores almost always tell me their receipts don't print.

One of the fnuking restaurant in Adelaide and unprofessional staffand they dont know how to respond with the customer and delivery partners and the restaurant was empty and no dining still they are not preparing on time and they are not in the counter and poor assistance
