Keith Stephenson Park reviews
36Large grassy park, awesome playground. Parking seems adequate. There's lots of bird life, ducks on pond. Only criticism was the lack of bins, apart from that it's a good all round park.
A lovely par, well maintained with beautiful shady trees, a sculpture and lush green grass. There is a rotunda with seating or a couple undercover BBQ areas or extra table and bench. A toilet block not far away from the BBQ area. A playground for the young ones or young at heart. A handy car park closest to the BBQ facilities.
Great park - loving the updates since I was a kid. The public toilets are cleen, the playground suits a variety of ages (3,7 & 11 for me). Other councils could learn from the more natural approach to drainage.
I swear this park is horrible there are so many ibis' and seagulls among other birds, who swooped me and my family multiple times and would not leave us alone.
Beautiful park with amazing big lake with ducks and other water birds, has barbecue area and a walking trail that can take you a few different places especially the beautiful Laratinga Wetlands which has to be seen to understand the beauty of its bird life and walking tracks and my favourite photo spot as is Keith Stevenson Park both have amazing Sunset views. There is also a skate park which will keep the kiddos happy and the older skaters too. Great family day out.
Very good place to walk around with kids and dogs because there is a beautiful lake in the park. In addition, watching many kinds of birds swimming in the lake is another pleasure.
Great place for kids to enjoy running around good play equipment, sail for shade rotunda popular for birthday parties, well kept by the council, electric barbeque, monorail ride great fun, visit regularly, Disabled toilet and baby change table in this toilet, male and female toilets available, lovely grassed area NO DOGS ALLOWED HERE.another place is provided near for dogs
Nice park with a huge footpath but needs a shade cover over the park area and a few more tables.
Really nice and relaxing on a nice still day. Imagine it would be even better in the cooler months
Always loved this park. A nice central area of My Barker to walk along the bike path and watch the Corellas and other birds
A great place to spend quality time with the family, wheather its a picnic or playing at the park/ skate park. It has a takaway shop accross the road and plenty of space to sit either out in the sun or in the shade.
Nice park with lake, bike riding path, skate park, and playground. Lots of grassy and shady spots. Playground is getting dates and not suitable for toddlers.
Great playground, picnic facilities, toilet's, lots of grass for the kids. Nice garden. Overall a win for a visit or get together. Wheelchair swing and access. Can be very busy. Loses a star on the carpark as it is dirt, full of potholes and dusty/muddy depending on the weather.
Fenced toddler area would be great as surrounded by a busy road or steep drop into a creek. An extensive clean of the play equipment is needed as plastics are mouldy.
Family and I love this park such a great place to vist has bbq spots toilets playground and you can feed the ducks. Everything you need for a great day out.:)
Autumn comes early in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Lovely place to spend an afternoon with the family.
