Absolutely fantastic service. All the staff are amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else to get my eyes tested.

The entire team at Innovative Eye Care provided the best patient experience I've had across any industry. From my initial phone conversation discussing my referral and setting an appointment (this guy was great, apologies for spacing on the name, was it Mark?), to my check in at reception, and especially my consultation with Wes, this team really knows how deliver outstanding and memorable service. Everyone has been so genuine, friendly, and personable. Wes was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me in detail and ways I would understand, gave me advice and recommendations, and even had a few laughs with me. I was referred here by Specsavers, who spoke highly of Innovative Eye Care, and told me they would have greater skill and expertise to give me a more thorough consultation and diagnosis/treatment. I will always come back here from now on.

Innovative Eye Care is an excellent optometry practice that offers a wide range of services, including ortho-k. I have been with them since 2021 for my daughter's ortho-k, and have been very impressed with their service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they take the time to explain everything to you in a way that you can understand. They are also very patient with children, and my daughter has always felt comfortable and at ease at their appointments. I have never had any issues with the ortho-k contacts from Innovative Eye Care. They are always delivered on time, and they are of high quality. My daughter has been wearing them for over a year now, and her vision has improved significantly. I would highly recommend Innovative Eye Care to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I would just like to say a huge thankyou to the wonderful staff at Innovative Eye Care. I rang needing an urgent appointment despite not being a client of theirs and they fitted me in within the hour. From the moment I walked in, the staff were professional and friendly. Millie the Optometrist saw me quickly and she was amazing. I was so impressed with the treatment I received, her level of knowledge and her calming manner. She went above and beyond to arrange an urgent appointment with the RAH Ophthalmology Dept and they were waiting for me when I arrived. (my eye has healed). Thankyou so much Millie for seeing me urgently, for your explanations and advice. I will definitely be choosing this clinic for my eye checks when my Optometrist retires in the very near future. Can definitely recommend this clinic highly.

I suffer from a acquired brain injury and my vision unfortunately did get affected.
Initial consultation with a different optometrist did highly recommend at this point I invest in two. Pair of glasses as i run a Medi Spa clinic, I was having troubles with Lash extensions and close up type of treatments.

Btw Did you know Innovative Has a 3 month warranty!

Well I went back within this period, I requested my prescription get re assessed by another optometrist as a second opinion. I also brought in my lashes to experiment in the clinic the issue, and getting the measurements right. This was crucial. Like seriously " what other Optometrist would go the extra mile as Team Carl". Um I haven't experienced by to date until NOW

As a result and at no charge, the prescription/lense was changed at no cost. However I did need to invest in another pair of glasses. I should have listened from the very beginning.

Yes I did outlay $$ to get the perfect Ending. THE PERFECT Vision.

THE TEAM REALLY WENT BEYOND DUTY OF CARE AND DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE THIS DILEMMA WHICH PUT A TEMPORARY HAULT ON MY BUSINESS.

Can I mention, I am addicted to colour contact lenses, online brand, my bad sorry team.

Mark has the ultimate Cleanser for reusable contacts, hydro peroxide system. Far out it really works. Can I stress the importance if you do not clean the contact lenses you can go blind. These $40 pairs you buy online - like me. You must not negotiable. Buy the after care cleaning system. Your eye sight is more important than Vanity hey.
