IELTS - Speaking test faculty is biased and highly unprofessional. Same person score 8 in speaking at other centers and 7 at IDP.

My experience with the IDP Adelaide Centre has been fantastic from the day one. There are various positive aspects that I would like to point out and recommend. The staff is really friendly and profesional with a great human quality and impressive charisma. Everyone there cares what you are looking for and is willing to help you succeed on your goals. The facilities make you feel quite comfortable and are suitable to enhance your experience, particularly, when you are taking the IELTS test. The writing and speaking coaching sessions offered by IELTS experts were extremely useful and generated a drastic change that led me to get the score that I was looking for. I had previously taken the test a couple of times without notice a significant improvement until I started taking the coaching sessions, I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for all the astonishing support I received through this process.

Great experience taking the IELTS test here. They are the only ones that offer the computer-based exam in SA. Good headphones and computer, very comfortable place to take the exam, and they have taken the appropriate measures to allow test takers to sit for the exam in a safe and hygienic environment. Good work!

IDP Adelaide is my favourite IELTS Test Centre in Australia. The staffs are so professional and friendly. The place is clean and comfortable. The equipments are with high quality. I love here!

I went to this place for the language test. The staff are very friendly and give wonderful suggestion about learning language. I felt less stressed even in the exam day because of the staff.

Would highly recommend IDP Adelaide for people who need to take the IELTS test. The venue is convenient, the staff (Rosa, Luke, Craig and others) conduct the exam in a smooth manner and make every attempt to put you at ease, the computer exam makes the process simple to navigate and, finally, nothing beats a speaking test where you get to speak to a human rather than a computer!

The best centre to experience your IELTS journey with. Staff are amazing! Can't emphasise enough! The test itself is stressful and can cause a great deal of anxiety and emotional pressure, there is nothing more important than having a professional and caring team throughout your journey. They are probably the best team of experts in Adelaide. Great examiners, tutors, invigilators and managers. Special thanks to Andrea who could not be more supportive and caring. It was a wonderful experience having the exam in IDP Adelaide. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment and environment are also very nice. The most amazing thing is that I got the test result via massage on the second business day after the exam date.

Couple of years ago actually I wrote IELTS with IDP Adelaide and I was really upset by the invigilators attitudes towards the participants of the exams.
I have written IELTS from the so called third world country and I always got the examiners treated me nicely there.
It here in the rich affluent first world country, I got third rate behaviour from the staff at IDP. They think all the people (only immigrants) who write IELTS are 100% gonna cheat during the exam. Most of the invigilators were prejudiced and judgemental rathar than being supportive and helpful.

However, I had good experience when I changed my venue to Unisa and I am very thank full for that. So not everyone is bad.
Sorry to be so mean in expressing the fact.

There is a girl in the front office, she knows nothing about her subject and very rude, just talk and always talk like a crazy person.

The best experience on IELTS I have ever had! Staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend.

Having my IELTS test last Saturday, just got the result this morning (I took the computer-delivered one). I highly recommend this one to get fast result and it seems to me that it's more efficient and time-saving than the paper one (might be a few extra minutes because you don't need to count words in writing test).
My experience at IDP Adelaide was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always ask if you need anything to make sure you have a good preparation for your test. Small group in test room, location is at city central so it's accessible to public transport.
Suggestion for improvement: the windows in the test room isn't soundproof, I can still hear the noise of car running outside (just a little bit since I sat next to the window). I hope this can be improved in the future, so the candidates are able to concentrate on their test.

Really really best, friendly and nice service especially Mrs Yen Tran. She is a very nice, friendly, patient and kind. My visa 573 was expiry on 15/03/2018 so at that time I was very stress and worry about my future. And I thought about IDP especially MRS Yen who also helped me to transfer from SAIBT to TafeSA to study Cookery. After I come and see her, She was very patient to help me how to create immi account, Which documents I need to prepare and submit to immigration. After I collected all of the documents and I came to IDP to see her because in my opinion, she is the best friendly staff in IDP Adelaide. Moreover, she spent more and more time to help me to put all of documents together, double check and finally submited to immigration. I really really admire her because her patiend and kind to spend hours to save my future. Therefore, I always recommend MRS Yen to my friends and always wanna see MRS Yen because She have my trust than others in IDP (so sorry but I am a sensitive person). If Mrs Yen will not work in IDP in the future, I think I am not sure me and my friends will come back IDP in the future or not.
