IDP Adelaide

Went to Adelaide City last week to consult about my current visa and girlfriend's possible visa path.

Agent Anh (Vietnamese lady) was extremely helpful. She immediately approached me cheerfully and dedicatedly answered all my queries.
You can clearly feel the concern the way she answered my questions with her personal experience and even gave me a motivation to pursue my future plans.
Anh also ask for updates and give additional insights through email and even phone call!

Agent Summer was also helpful regarding IELTS and 485 visa query.

The best consultation session I had on that day, went to 5 different agencies, none of them was close to IDP Adelaide's level of professionalism and expertise.

These agents are focused on helping people build their dreams and not for self gain.

Had the ielts exam here recently. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it would be better if the invigilators could avoid having conversations with each other inside the test room during listening, reading and writing tests as it was quite distracting.

I got the scores that I need to be a registered teacher here. I have been doing this exam for so many times and I finally got the scores at this test centre. The staff and the manager are extremely friendly and supportive. The resluts came out very quickly. I would strongly recommend this test center to my friends.

Had my first attempt last Saturday, and I have to say that all the staff there did an amazing job, especially Maria, she has a nice and warm personality, which definitely put we ESL speakers at ease. She really made my day!

When I came to IDP, I was in a doubt and low expectation, I did not think that the staff there would give me any clues for my study in Australia, but then surprisingly all of my negative thoughts were gone after I met Heidi, one of the professional staff that IDP has. She helped me a lot more than that I was expecting, from choosing what I want to study, enrollment process, visa preparations and many more. She really shows her soul as an education counsellor and I am glad to meet her. And also all of the staff there are very friendly although I didn’t have a chance to talk to them but I can tell from the way they smile and talk each other.

I was first recommended by my Vietnamese friend to get help with my Visa Extension 2 years ago, and her dedicated staff to help was Heidi, so I met her and had her help and guide me thru the application process. I went to IDP Adelaide 2 weeks ago, the officer named Heidi was extremely helpful in the admission process. We had a comprehensive discussion, she answered all my queries and offered complete guidance on the admission process. I found them highly professional and helpful.

Can you please ask your invigilators to not stare at candidates while they sit exam. Honestly, it's really distracting and disruptive! What would an invigilator pick that 110 cameras can't? They could easily monitor the CCTV rather than disturbing the candidates.

The agent was only interested until the fees was paid. They made us pay the fees in full, until course intake got cancelled (within 24 hours of making the payment) which is all good, because of covid.

When asked about refund, the agent doesn't want to hear from us again. We were told to refer to the refund policies.

Please dont waste your time and effort by going to IDP Adelaide, look elsewhere.thanks for replying, but, IDP did not, whatsoever, helped out in getting my refund. Mr Ghimire just told us to wait for another 3-4 weeks, when it had already been two weeks after the course was cancelled.
In the end I had to personally jump the ship and contact the Admin dept at the Uni myself and I was told that the process had not even started after two weeks of course cancellation. Not Happy & highly disappointed.

Mr Ghimire was constantly in touch with us before the fees were paid, IDP was of no help after the course was cancelled.

Perofesional staff, quick respond for the result, pretty happy with the service.
