Theast 2 time's I've been to this drive thru it had ridiculous waiting times the 1stvtime was 34 minutes and I was getting just a frozen coke the ppl in front of me were the ones waiting for food and the second time 2 nights ago it was 20 minutes just for 18 nuggets and I was the only car there it was 11 pm but still ridiculous waiting times this store has clearly gone down hill

Consistent good service and good food at this HJ's, especially their chips. Free glasses are actually a reasonable quality and will replace all the Maccas ones we keep breaking.

Meal size was a bit small for a "large" and i cant stand the bamboo spoons. Id pay 10c extra for plastic.

Asked for two burger without onions. What we got was substandard. Both burgers were stone cold, with lots of onions. Rang the store manager to tell of our disappointment. He gave us a number to get replacements on our next visits.we still haven't been back.

At 12.14.pm on the 4/7/21 I visited the store at Smithfield plans and when I was waiting for my order a dark coloured female worker helped a nother male worker look for a docket in a rubbish bin and she was not wearing any gloves and then she went back to work with out washing her hands and then she started to serve drive through customers touching there drinks and touching the touch screens and when I spoke to another worker he spoke to her and she told him a lies that she never went into the bin she need to be sacked or be made to do a food handling course in food hygiene it was very up setting to no that a worker can stand and lie to a worker now i am going to call a food inspector to that store to keep everyone safe and also headoffice to see if they can sack her

Had the worst family feast tonight there normally good from here but the burgers where dry there was no cheese like we had asked for on the burgers and the tomato on every burger was stingy one peace and that peace was the ends of the tomato the bits you throw In the bin at home

This store offers no help When you have a problem with a Menulog order my large coke was missing my large cappuccino was missing so was my flake storm and the Menulog drive did not use the front door i found my order in the back yard of my house 15 minutes after it told me it was delivered never go to hj's munno Para don't use Menulog they Don't Redelivery and you gotta wait 24 to 48 hours to find out if you will get a refund or a credit

Chips were good, gave me the wrong burger though. (1 year ago)

Edit: in the last 3 orders, they've gotten 2 of them wrong. Most recently, I said exactly what I wanted twice, and they still couldn't get it right. Very frustrated.

Burgers dont taste like food, even compared to others in the same franchise. I feel like they're cutting costs somewhere. It certainly tastes like they are. In the words of Jim Carey, "i've had better. "

I've always loved hungry jacks, they've never got me order wrong, never, I've only ever waited once in the waiting any, I drive in, I order, I grab and I go. Xx

Just another HJ's that seems incapable of delivering hot fresh food with the order being correct.with the cliched flat coke of course.

I think Hungry Jacks is Latin for 'Zero quality control'

No other Hungry Jacks charges extra $1 for a sundae if you order a Super Stunner Deal then they didnt give my sauce for my nuggets. Never going back.

Thoroughly disappointed, dry and just slapped together. How hard is it to spend an extra 5 seconds to put the vegetables between the bread and not falling out of the rapper.

My burger was marked correctly, but actually wrong. This has the potential to kill someone with allergies. Not good enough!

Food is normal hungry jacks food, tasted fine. Staff was polite and friendly. Ordering was easy enough and my order was made to what I asked for.
Although I had to wait in the waiting bay for my food, it still didn't take long, if your looking for fast food then I recommend this hungry jacks.

Just got a extra-long classic just to find the chicken has been "redeepfried" it has clearly been left then fried again, like stone and oiled all the way through.

Also had to wait in the drive through because you have a person doing 2 jobs at once.

I don't have take away at all for breakfast called into hungry jacks smithfield with the grandchildren the food was awesome i was really impressed friendly staff and clean well done

First time to HJs in years and the avocado on the burger was frozen. Got a refund but no apology.

They have never get any of my orders right before and it causes customers not to go there anymore.
