Hungry Jack's

Love this place for my early morning breakie even though they don't officially open till 6am. Always get served at 5.45 am

I went to hungry jacks yesterday with the intensions of having a nice meal with my family. This was ruined by rude employees, a dirty atmosphere, and cold food. I went back to the counter after not receiving a kids meal I was laughed at by two crewmembers, the fries were overly salty and I'm overall disgusted by the service. Managers need to have a conversation with crew about manners asap.

As average as it can get for a fast food chain.
Drive-through is usually packed. But staff are kinda nice.

The customer service needs improvement massively.
Not to add that the food was all cold, the lettuce was brown, no sauce/mayonnaise on the burgers and the tomato was disgusting.

Not too sure the purpose of using the app to order food when on every occasion they make me park and wait for the food even though I've ordered 10min prior.

Ordered home delivery through Uber Eats, yet that wasn't the problem.
The problem that I experienced led me to believe that it seems the staff have lost any care, interest or respect for their job and customers.
The Whopper I ordered looked like 2 day old road kill, it was flat, the bun was stale, lettuce was wilted almost to the point of being off and the single small slice of tomato was soggy, not the Whopper that I get at any other outlet that's for sure.
I'll NEVER order from here again and I hope that many follow suit until they get their priorities in order.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Worst burgers ever ordered a chicken deluxe 1 double beef burger 1 large fries.chicken burger was the smallest thing I ever got it was cold as the beef burger was cold and the large were pathetic and the price well say no more never going to Hungry Jack's again.

The worst staff service i have ever experienced in my life. Disgusting behaviour Don’t know how to treat customers at all. Never going back again

Went through drive-thru and ordered a jacks fried chicken hunger tamer, they forgot my burgers and I had to chase them up, then the burgers were cold and it was beef and not chicken they didn't give me my nuggets despite assuring they were in the bag. Had to argue with drive thru staff that my order was missing several items and they wouldn't listen. Terrible service, would avoid this Hungry Jack's and if I could do 0 stars I would.

Not happy about the service nor the management I've UberEATS there more than 30 times easily and there customer service 1 star more than I like I have to call up and ask why they can't they just get my order right but it's 95% of the time there ripping me off

Drive all the way and they forgot one whole meal, this time it's going back, get your act together, you have one job.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff and management. Food overcooked or cold and soggy. Manager doesn't care about the customers or training staff correctly. The whole team needs a complete retrain and management needs to be made accountable for setting up the future generations of workers to fail. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Staff are confused when you ask for a drink with no sugar and no caffeine, Macca's at least will give you soda water

Disgusting attitude from girl in drive thru who handed me my food.
They got the sauce wrong so when I let her know I asked for a different flavour sauce, she rolled her eyes at me and just looked at me.
I handed her the bag, she slammed the door on me and when she came back said nothing and just stuck the bag out the window.

Doesn’t hurt to force out a “have a good night” or smile?

The most annoying outlet. NEVER get simple orders done properly. ALWAYS missing items go inside, complain and they still do not get it right. Then finally home after 2 trips and the bacon deluxes are hours old and rock hard.

Drive thru lady's were so rude, the paper they wrap the burgers in were so oily. Couldn't get a simple order right. Will not being going there again. Work on your customer service.

They absolutely taste awesome here, very nice compared to other hungry jacks, and their much more presentable and great service, well done guys, I want to come back

Worse service ever food was cold went to order 3 junior whoppers for the kids and because they were on special I was only allowed to order 1 wouldn't record this place to my worst enemy slop in a box

Went through drive thru for 2 junior whoppers with cheese and they were cold. They reheated them but when we ate them no cheese and full of onion. Disgusting.
