There are days where the staff here are very good and so is the food.
There are days though where everything is at snail pace with no one smiling.
It's always clean.
I always dine in here.
Like most Hungry Jack's it can be very busy at times being on the corner of Henley Beach Road and Tapleys Hill Road.
Easy to get to by bus. H30 and stop 17 in front of the Lockleys hotel is the best way to remember.
LOTS of carparking available.
Approximately 50 metres from Romeo's Foodland so great chance to top up the shopping at the same time.
Don't forget to take advantage of app only specials, especially when on a tight budget.

I'd like to thank this HJ as since eating from here, I'll never be eating it EVER AGAIN! They have officially crossed the line into completely USELESS! I ordered food with NO ONIONS, as I'm allergic, no pickles and no cheese! Not only did I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR NO CHEESE, PICKLES AND ONIONS, but they gave me EXTRA of everything! What they gave me was not FOOD! I wouldn't even give this trash to my dog! It looked and tasted like something a bum fished out of a bin!

Doesnt matter the time of day, or workload, they always mess up your order. Its never correct. Or you just straight up give you half of someone elses order. Want dbl whopper no onion? Bam get Ultimate whopper tonnes of onion and uncooked bacon. This is the 4th time in a row.

Ordered takeaway. The Service was slow and was told had to make fresh burger meat. When got home all of the food was cold and missing part of the order. Had to go back and get the missing burger and fries. This happens quite regularly.

Food excellent but unfortunately our take away drive through order was missing a significant part of our order.

My partner and I ordered Rebel whoppers and we had to wait a bit longer than usual for them. When we got them, the patties were very dry and hard, nowhere near as good as we've had before. Needs more staff. I've seen a stack of comments saying the same thing. Trying to save a tiny bit of money by short-staffing will come back to bite you when nobody wants to spend money at your stores anymore. Good luck with that.

Ordered drive through waited 5 minutes behind a car, thought we would get our meals after that but had to go to waiting Bay then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our meal before eventually going in and waiting in line seeing our order sitting there getting cold. Then we were told we got free chips, so that just made it all worth while. NOT. As we got home all the chips were cold besides the free ones and the burgers were barely warm. Will never be going back! Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Drive thru service was quick and customer service was professional. Burger unfortunately was a little cold although it tasted quite nice. Not the worst.

Placed an order on the app which included a grilled chicken, bacon and avocado wrap. Chose to pick it up inside as my mum and I were planning on dining in. Went inside, briefly used the bathroom and then waited near the counter for them to call my order, but after 10 minutes nothing, my order was still listed on the monitor as being prepared. The girl called an order number that wasn't mine and asked if it was mine and I answered that no, I was after the mobile order. She then told me sorry, but they didn't have any wraps defrosted and would a burger be ok instead. I said that was fine. Waited another few minutes and she handed across my order. Decided to leave because there were teenagers I wasn't getting a good vibe from and when I opened my burger in the car I found they had give me a tendercrisp fillet rather than the grilled fillet I had ordered. I didn't want to go back in, so I ate it anyway, but it was disappointing to not only change from a wrap to a burger, but also not get the fillet I wanted. Anyway, just not the best service this time. There really should be some sort of messaging system integrated in the app for the store to let the customer know if they end up out of anything ordered or the staff could have called out, 'is anyone here for order number _' and then told me (Maybe they did that while I was in the bathroom, I have no way of knowing). But anyway it would have been nice to not stand around waiting for an order, that wasn't in the process of being prepared, for 10 minutes and to receive what I ordered. Maybe next time will be better.

Great timely service on drive thru. The best burgers on the Hungry Jacks menu would be the Angry Whopper, Hungry Jack, and Bacon Deluxe. The inside of the store is relatively clean and family friendly. Usually crowded but plenty of space. Wouldn't try the grilled chicken personally as they always seem to come up lacking.that is an issue with the Hungry Jacks chain rather than this store in particular.

Not happy with the service, not friendly. Hamburger was burnt, lettuce was soggy, bun was not fresh, ended up throwing it in the bin, the drink was flat and the chips were cold. I would highly never recommend this hungry jacks stay away.

Very Poor food. One of the worst Hungry Jacks I've been too. Staff not very helpful either. Save your receipts as you will need them to return their slop.

Everything but the bacon deluxe was cold. Best part was the sprite. Service was poor. The lady had to check when I mentioned I had a shake & win didn't tell us the cost of the meals.

Your standard Hungry Jack's drive through, however they consistently have served burgers etc without the requested alterations (no sauce etc) despite the request being confirmed at the window. Some re-training of cooking staff might need to happen?

It was very enjoyable! The food was hot & the staff friendly. It's in a great location being so close to the beach to take your meal.

Had to repeat myself little times to the girl in drive thru.

Waited in drive through for 15 minutes before giving up and driving off.

Two other cars did the same out of frustration too.

Won’t ever be coming back.

Don’t bother using menu log to order 2 hours waiting to be told the driver canceled the order
Hungry jacks Fix your delivery system or don’t bother at all I’ll stick with Uber in the future
