Hungry Jack's

I have picked up food couple of times from here.all I would say the staffs are really good and they are consistent with the quality nd taste.

Can you please take your “drive thru open 24 hours” sign down if yous arent even open. Sick of going all the time after work and youre closed.

Went to HJ tonight and ordered 2 Carolina whoppers waited over 15min and got home to find I had paid for 2 Carolina whoppers got 1 and the other one was an ordinary whopper. Money wasted because staff can't do there job.

Purchased 2 of the new Carolina burgers
They were sloppy made and thrown in the box.
2 x 10 cent sized slices of tomatoe, seriously
¼ teaspoon of fried onions on a double whopper.what the!
They are flavorless and a damned disappointment
And not worth the $40+ spent for the two meals.

Just brought a grilled chicken burger and few more burgers and it is hard as a rock. The quality should be the best at all times. A complete disappointment. If you can’t serve fresh might aswell shut the store. An excellent start of 2023.

Went to Hungry Jacks Fulham ordered a Bacon and Egg Muffin and Hash Brown. The Muffin itself was like two pieces of concrete, unediable. Very poor.

Great place to dine in and enjoy time spent with friends. It's got comfy seats and a relaxed atmosphere. It's unlike any other Hungry Jack's that I've been to, as it doesn't feel like a fast food restaurant.

Ordered an ultimate double whopper minus onion due to being allergic to the onion. Get a whopper missing a patty and bacon but still putting adding onion. Of course still billed for the extras. Not the first time. Chips half full may as well have ordered a small. Yet another disappointing meal from Fulham Hungry Jacks. Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to a KFC or Maccas

Food is always good, they usually listen to extra instructions like extra salt on chips. Service is always very slow, and they never make people wait in waiting bay no matter how long they're meal takes in drive through

Rude indian lady barking orders at customers and staff. Did not get order right 2x times. Rolled eyes when returned items that had toppings not wanted. Be proud of your job dont be self entitled.

I know it's not entirely the staffs fault but they should either have more staff or a better system we were the only ones in the drivethrough got one meal and now having to wait in the waiting bay for about 10 mins. It's practically dead only one or two customers instead if that. The food was super gross today, it had a foul taste not sure if it was the meat or the eggs but didn't take another bite. Super disappointed

Was treated really well by customer service here would recommend as the fast food location In this area.

I had a very bad experience, nobody attended me on drive through and I had to wait for a long time. The order recieved was not even fresh and made in a hurry.

Busy on the weekend, but really fast and accurate service and their chips are better than Maccas!

Yum it wasn’t soggy of anything the lettuce was actually full and the mayo was spread evenly, finally. Buy here

If I could give a negative review I would. We came through at late afternoon, not at peak time, and I've never seen a slower drive through in my life, slower than a sloth and then it got even better when we discovered the food was cold, not even luke warm, straight up cold and practically fell out of the wrapping when pulling it out of the bag. Quality and service just keeps getting worse and worse.

Standard food.
Floor cleanliness and employee safety behind the counter was well below standard, with spilled food promoting health issues and the spillage promoting slipping and sliding.
Not recommended.

Easy & Quick to get something like a frozen coke for chips. Also like the deals like $1 for a Frozen Coke!

The worst hungry Jacks, I ordered online, and the whole cole was split in bag, and in place of vegetarian patty kn burger I got a tasteless Dirty patty in my pack, Will never order again, got only $1 chips in $20 order.
