Absolutely ridiculous waiting times. Every time I've been through the drive thru here ive had to wait in the waiting bay. Sometimes for up to 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable!

Hungry jacks atunno para in Curtis road is so slow we waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru just because the car in front food wasn't ready why didn't they get that car to wait in the waiting bay as there was around 10 cars behind us
NOT GOOD ENOUGH

HJs. More often than not they forget something but can never be bothered driving back as they don't give you a receipt to prove the order in the first place. Then again as it is terrible junk food do you really deserve better?

Asked for no cheese on all the burgers and there was cheese on all of them! Very disappointed because it's happened more than once!

Ordered food via menu log and order was incorrect.asked store to rectify and send missing item, they said its menu logs problem. Menu log refused to send me the item even though i have paid for it. Offered me a $10 voucher for next time. I am not happy with this as missing item was 9.95. Menu log just wants another delivery fee and they wont be getting any of my business in the future. IF YOU USE MENU LOG - BUYER BEWARE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL EAT TONIGHT - I DIDNT. Manager promised to upgrade replacement to a meal and did not do so. For this the store gets one star - menu log get none.

Consistently get my order wrong. The past 4 times I've been in there, I've taken my meal home, only to find that they'd given me the wrong burger.

Messed up my order, guy closed till before giving my change and even though there was only 1 other person in the store I still had a bit of a wait only to arrive home and see I had only half filled chips and the 18 nuggets I ordered was missing

Apparently they close at 11pm now but don’t turn ordering off on their app? We had no idea they shut so we placed an order, we went to pick it up and no one was there and no indication of their store closing at a set time.

Why let orders be paid for if you’re not going to let customers know you have a set closing time now? We want a refund.

Quick service, friendly staff. Only downfall was our Tropical Burgers looked nothing like they do on TV & they weren't hot enough, we had to reheat them when we got home.

Tried to order at the drive thru speaker. They obviously weren’t listening. Drive up to the window to place my order instead and they wouldn’t even open the window to take my order.

Food is good, when they get it right. I work evenings & will order 1 value meal with a extra side of something with a thick shake through a drive thru around midnight & 9o% of the time something is wrong either with being the wrong meal or something missing, or a half full LARGE fries. It's also never been busy neither. Has happened at least a dozen times, so no longer go.

Open 23.5 hours a day at drive through, (early morning computer resets =. 5 hrs), good food, drinks ice cream.

Meal was nice service was ok I asked for well done chips but they said it was a health risk and they couldn't do it bit disappointed with that

Was eating my burger tonight and found a green spot. You need to make sure your burger bread is always fresh otherwise it can make people very sick. My burger was also soggy and unappetizing

Fastest store in the state, open 24/7 for drive through, Closes the dining room at 11pm and opens again at 5am. Always serving fresh foods and doing it fast to. Really helpful staff in this clean store.
Accessing to the store can be difficult but manageable by going behind the OTR further down if heading west.

Sooo good! Staying local and at 2.30am walked across to hjs and was served at the drive thru window. Service was good and friendly.

Good small joint so nothing for the employed to do but consintrate on there food. I have not had any bad food from here not like Mcdonald down the road witch is very inconsistent and every now and the borderline rude so believe or don't you will work it out thank u for your Time have a great day.

Service is good, staff friendly, food is hot and fresh most times, they are happy to replace if not satisfied

I work at gawler hungry jacks and the staff at this one are appalling and at 1am in the morning with no service they still can’t make a burger atleast decent. To much sauce literally overflows the burger.

Just now we wanted deluxe shakes and apparently they aren’t available anymore, lies just a lazy store
