I just bought a hungry tammer meal with a whopper. I orderd extra onion and mayo. When I got it it looked like they had just put extra onion on it. The burger was cold and had no mayoon it. The chip's were cold as well. Not the first time

Absolute miserable customer service and leaves out the kids toys for the kids meals, just sucks man when its a once a month treat like comon

Every time we get food from there either drive through, walk in or delivery service the order is wrong with items missing items. Avoid if possible.

The staff are really friendly and efficient. The food and coffee are always hot, which IMO are the two main things. It's a little dark and small on the inside which is perfect for me, and probably good in the summer months too! It could just be that this particular HJ's venue is aimed mostly at the takeaway and delivery sectors, not sure. Either way, not an issue for me.

I have given this hungry Jack's plenty of chances and every time the have messed up are order never going again

25 minutes in the drive thru, possibly the worst experience i have ever had, this is not the first time at this establishment and they should take a long look at their operations

2 times ordered here and both times they have messed me around. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Management here don’t care about anything except getting money from you regardless if they actually provide you with what you paid for or not.

The store gets worse every time with delivery orders. Cold food coke that tastes like soda water just looks like coke. Ordered at 7pm order didn't arrive until 9. Store phone rang out when tried to ring them.

Food was alright, what you'd expect from a fast food joint.the service of late has been pretty subpar.especially with online orders

One of the better locations though, still recommend for a quick bite.

1st time in ages, and I found the burgers to lack the flavour they used to have. Plus they took my order for frozen drinks, then when I pay, I was told they weren't available. Not good.

Front doors were locked. I waited outside for at least 10 minutes until somebody let me in.

The cashier says they are not serving any meat because the broiler is cold and needs 30 minuets to warm up.

Spoke to the manager, (big guy with a beard.) I told him I was not happy with the service. He then called me a weirdo and threatened to call police if I did not leave.

Beware! This Hungry Jacks is possibly the most poorly managed Hungry Jacks you'll find.

Poor customer service. Waited for a long time to get the order. And later informed one of my order was not there. No proper communication. Felt like I went there to steal something.
Sorry to put a review like this. Please give some respect to the customers. We know you guys are working under pressure but still we deserves

Playford Hungry Jacks you need to fill up your frozen drinks more. Compared to other Hungry Jacks stores I always feel ripped off when I purchase frozen drinks from the Playford Store.

This is one of the worst sites I have been to for service. The staff seemed to wander around the store aimlessly not knowing what they were doing. The manager was not very interested in serving people. I waited at the counter for over 5 mins before someone asked me if I would like to order.
Definitely not going there again.

Cold meals but at least we got complete meals not like McDonald's cold meals and half missing

Disgusting, floors were filthy, rubbish bins full and tables were dirty. So much for cleanliness.

A very clean & tidy motor Inn & has very spacious rooms & comes with a microwave which is very handy
