Late night stops or best here, food is always cooked fresh. My burger was hot, like really hot, which you don't normally get a fast food places all the time.

None if the tables were clean and there seemed to be a lot of people behind the counter doing not much

Went to local hungry jacks for a hangover feed only to have a rude shock by the customer service and burger quality. My burger was cold as if it had been sitting in the fridge and they didn’t give me my chips which I was craving. To top it off annika persistently said “no” to every one of my simple wishes. She also kept looking at me funny. Wouldn’t recommend, think I’m gonna get food poisoning from stone cold boney beef.

This Hungry Jack's is one of the oldest in Adelaide always clean tidy, food is delivered in good time and condition

Excellemt customer service, they were flexible in adjusting our order at the second window, and replaced a drink i spilt, even offering napkins to clean up the spill.:)

Grubby inside including the seating area. Rubbish strewn around car park area. Not congusive to stopping by to get food.

I enjoy Hungry Jack's Burgers, especially Aussie burgers with the beetroot. They are tasty and the price is good. I enjoy Hungry Jacks on the move, and I recommend Hungry Jacks for a tasty, enjoyable meal at reasonable calories.

Drive through coffee was not drinkable it was excessively hot. I live in the woodcroft area and by the time i got home it was drinkable

Very poor customer service, especially from the night crew. Food quality differs every time. This store might be the worst in SA.

I used to love HJ's, I used to be happy to spend $50-$100 a week on it in fact but with their price gouging and falling quality. Well you have disappointed me too many times in a row now (like last time, forgetting I was in the drive through waiting bay until I walked inside to get a refund 30min later) so let me share my latest and last experience with hungry jacks, castle plaza.
$17.40 for chewy semi cold and obviously stale fries, burger patties hanging out both ends of the burger by about an inch with large chunks of un-seperated onion. In fact the entire construction of the burger was sub-par even for slack jawed teenagers and much like the fries tasted as if it had sat in the store for hours prior. To top it off the coke was very sodawatery with a clear after-taste of cleaning fluids.
With the highest prices and consistently the lowest quality of all the fast food chains, it's no wonder their loosing out to all the others.

What you see is what you get, it's hungry jack's! Toilets were probably some of the most disgusting I've seen yet!

It's your average Hungary Jacks, quick and easy but a bit dirty and the food is obviously nothing to rave about.

My cheeseburger stunner meal was served hot and fresh in substantial time.
The atmosphere was pleasant with a t.v. Playing music videos and the news.
& The store was clean and tidy.

The only downside to not specifically this hj bit hj in general is I'd say the huge price differences between meals and meal upgrades as well as high priced individual sold items.

(This day i was mostly wanting an ice cream like an oreo storm.)
Anyway turns out it actually works out cheaper to buy a stunner meal which comes with a mini drumstick.
But if you were to upgrade your stunner meal to a storm ice cream with your meal instead of the drumstick. Itll actually cost you $2 more.
Making it $8.95 for a stunner meal with a storm ice cream instead of $6.95 for a stunner with a drumstick for the ice cream.
And when a storm ice cream alone costs $3.95 already. So it's a no brainer if you end up deciding to buy a stunner meal with a drumstick instead so you're getting more for your money rather than buying a singular storm for $3.95.
Which is $3 off you getting a cheeseburger, 3 nuggets, a small drink and small fries and a drumstick instead for $6.95.

Busy serving the drive through. Took ages to serve the three people waiting at the counter. Didn't process order correctly had to get him to change it twice. Then got to work to eat it and the order was incorrect! So bloody annoying!

Clean, tidy and very nice staff. Lost one star only because as a walk in customer I was delayed with my order because preference was given to drive through customers.
Would be quicker to drive-through order, then park and go inside to eat.

Paid for extra peri peri sauce but they didnt add any sauce on the burgers, and burgers were burnt bad as well.

Ordered a meal, not so bad. Pulled up and was asked to wait, okay. Sometimes places are busy I understand. Meal comes out and its completely wrong (not even close to what was ordered) so pulled back through the drive-through and asked to pull over and wait again for the meal. Meal came out and the bacon wasn't even cooked. Poor form HJ

Generally it is quick, but today had to wait quite a lot.long queue and "communication" issues between staff and the customer.

By far one of my favourite Hungry Jack's. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shop has been upgraded and now you can charge your devices while in store. Free WiFi for half an hour. Food is always freshly cooked and enjoyable. Playground is good. The only complaint I ever have or hear about is the toilets being dirty, other than that no complaints.
