The burgers were good the oil even tasted fresh one of the best burgers we've had from Hungary Jacks in a long time

Hello 15 minutes ago I came get the Cheers bigger Wasn’t good at all and I’m not happy I paid 15$ for nothing

The Double beef whopper l had was cold and sloppy with mayo. It's one of the worst burgers I've ever eaten. Very disappointing.

Sorry, but this was by far the worst hungry jacks burger I've ever had. It must've had a least a dozen pickles on it, the onion hadn't even been sliced, it was a whole exterior piece, and there was enough Mayo for 6 burgers, it was a though the lid had fallen off and they just let it flow. We go to hungry jacks quite regularly, but won't be back at this one any time soon.

I visited Tuesday night about 8.00. The drive-through was busy, counter service busy and plenty of deliveries happening. Despite the rush, the staff seemed to cope well, working in a systematic way to avoid chaos. There was a longer than usual wait but this was understandable and staff members apologised for the wait to all customers. The only issue I had was that when placing straws into the drink holder, they were not wearing gloves and straws were not individually wrapped.a possible health hazard. Otherwise, all good.

Worst drive through in Adelaide. Wait times are ridiculous. The drive through order station is right next to noisy generators so you have to repeat your order many times for the staff to understand then you line-up for very long before getting served.

The last 2 Classic Fried Jack Burgers I have purchased from this store had what appeared to be basic the chicken filet you would get in a chicken royale. If they were genuinely the classic fried patties, they were 1/4 of the size from when the burger was first introduced.

Closes at 11pm now except for the weekend. I work nights so they were my go to for food. Too cheap to keep staff on overnight.

The slowest drive through ever. Waited 7 minutes just to get a small fries. And it was not even busy.

This hungry jacks was actually really nice and clean. The meal was hot, chips were not covered with too much salt.

I would give 1/4 star if I could. 23/02/22 around 11: 00am. Bought and paid for a Whopper. Both staff members were rude. Whopper cost $8: 90. Have only ever paid $7: 90 at HJ's on Marion Road, Richmond. The roll was stale. 1 small slice of tomato. A shred of lettuce. A dried burger. A slice of onion and NO CHEESE which was ordered and paid for. Worst Whopper I have ever had. Shall never return.

Awesome place but the drive through is dangerous, need to be upgraded, not cool to damage your car and expenses of $1000s just for $20 meal

Very good play equipment for children, good service, clean outdoor tables, however the ground around the play equipment was very dirty, very unclean for children, otherwise l would rate it 4. They touch the grime floor and then eat their food with filthy hands.

Thinking changing to Macs

Ordered a coffee (cap with almond milk) drove down the road 15mins and found out it was cows milk not happy, but the rebel whopper was very nice

I bought Angry Whooper for lunch on 3th December 2021. I drove home and When I ate it. I found that there is no chilli, only few lettuce and tomatto. That was no standard burger. Becuase it was too hot at noon. I did not drove back to tell them their bad service and called them to tell how dispointed I was. Next, on 4th December 2021, my son asked to eat Hungry Jack, Because my home is near Hungry Jacks. Edwardstown. After we arrived here. Every staff was busying. I waited here at least 10 mins. Before me, another customers-Mother and son, were still waiting there. No staff server them. After I ordered, I asked some staff who was manager here. I wanted to share with manager what I suffered. The manager, she called herself IMMI as assistant Manager on her badge. I wanted to negociate with her to give a litte bit chilli and I told her what happened and how was my feeling. She insisted saying No.and She hold me I should pay more for extra chilli. I was very frustrated and even She did not say sorry about what I experienced. Then she blamed me that I did not call them due to bad quanlity of burger arrogantly. I want to complain what she have done. She did not care about customer's feeling. She did not say sorry even if they did wrong. Her attidute is very terrible.

WOW new fried chicken burger looks great on TV. The NEW burger FAIL FAIL FAIL. Tasteless, doughy bun, not "SPICY" spicy chicken, very disappointing. Looks nothing like the picture. Would have done better going to local fish n chip/ Burger bar.

Price is a lot more expensive than other Hungry Jack's? Why is that? I normally pay $8.40 for an Anrgry whopper by itself elsewhere but everytime i go to this place it has always been $9.10. The reason for this is?

Order was accepted immediately. Driver arrived at the restaurant shortly after. An hour after the estimated delivery time the order was cancelled and no explanation was provided.
Extremely unprofessional behavior.
Would not recommend.
