24hrs restaurant, what a lot of b_. After work when I go in they are always cleaning or checking the tills so you either wait ten odd minutes or go without. Yes its in the very early part of the morning, but that shouldn't makes difference.

A variety of fast food including delicious burgers with good prices and the coupons are also a good way of perks

I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 TIMES IN ALL THE LAST TIME. IS THE LAST TIME. THEY ARE SLOW WITH TJE DRIVE IN ORDERS. THE LAST EPISODE WAS IGNORANCE WE WERE NOT EVEN ASKED WHAT TYPE OF DRINK WE WANTED WITH THE MEAL. THE GIRL BARELY SPOKE TO US. HUNGRY JACKS KESWICK RUNS CIRCLES AROUND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. NEVER AGAIN.

Cold food dirty dining room - cleaning fryer filter hood with filters removed while cooking on it - last time we visit hungry jacks

For several months I've been coming here and each time asking why as the order is sometimes wrong (and I mean completely wrong and after being asked 2x what my order was), chips are sometimes cold, am waiting in the drive-through for up to 15min for service.

Much Better than the Hungry Jacks on North East Rd close to the city of Adelaide. There they take your money but won't deliver your order.

I reluctantly visited after a l9ng time. I haven't enjoyed their burgers since they went hormone free. The burgers taste uncooked, maybe I got so used to all the bad stuff in the burgers.

As I was driving to Hungry's on West Terrace uniformed staff member drove recklessly up past me in a Jaguar, crossing 2 lanes only to reach the store metres ahead of me and sit in their car in the parking lot. Then as I was leaving, another uniformed employee watched me struggle to open the door with a handful of food and a mobility aid. From beginning to end, a terrible experience.let's hope the food is better.

I love Hungry Jacks don't get me wrong but the one on West Terrace no no place is a pigsty they got my order wrong although they corrected and I had a big feed they need to clean up a bit more

Very unhygienic I was served moulded xtralong chicken. Please check your burgers before eating I found it after I had a bite of it. Disgrace and lack of food hygiene.

To be honest even manager doesn’t now what he is doing I think blair you also need some training how to do customer service worst people place zero star for this place

Being a vegetarian I always find this place helpful because they have a plenty of stuff for a vegetarian!

Manager is an abusive and rude person. Service was horrible and an overall disapointment with product. 3 times in a row. This place is disgusting

Yesterday bought two extra long chicken burgers.
Both came with mould on the buns.
When the staff made them I can't believe they put them out like this.
Is it that they didn't care or lack of training?
I spoke to the manager and told her I had food poisoning there 7 years ago and thought they changed by now.
She was very polite, apologised and said she was really sorry. She also said she has spoken to higher management several times but nothing had been done.
I have the photos of them with the receipts but cant seem to post them up.
Apparantly the whole bag had mouldy bread rolls. So she threw the rest out.
I wonder how many people are them and didn't realise. The green spots were quite obvious.
When I had the food poisoning a while back I though it was a virus but a week later I got the same thing got even worse than the last time I ate from them and had a a blood test that confirmed this.
I thought this place had stronger of health and safety regulations.
If you try to use there toilet, I have never come accross it veing clean either

I asked the manager for the Restaurant Manager name and refused. No answer just called the police and said that I was a threat. Worst management as well as staff and food. All I asked for was the name of the Restaurant Manager

Food was as expected, crowded, so reasonable wait, but surprising - the staff were friendly and happy.

I've been to the drive through the past couple of weeks to get 2 Cheese and Tomato toasties each time. The first time they gave me a ham, cheese and tomato which was nearly impossible to pull the ham out of the sandwich and the next time I went they gave me just a plain cheese toastie which was after a 10 minute wait. How bloody hard is it to make a cheese and tomato toastie?

Pretty slow service, the food was at a very good temperature. The tables and chairs were dirty and the toilet was pretty bad too. But overall an ok HJs restaurant!

Worst staffs. The little girl served me this morning, tired to sale extra bacon and cheese to me when i said “no thanks” she started to give me an angry face and made me wait evening longer, once she handed me the food i said “ thank you” she was still in the angry mode and ignored me
