Hungry Jack's

I travelled from the other side of the world for this dining experience and I wouldn’t write home about it. At least it was kind of cheap

Being a regular customer but never happy with the service. It always take too long to get food, in average 15 mins and if I dont ask, they will forget my order.doesnt matter I order on the app in advance. Have no choice as I work around there other wise, never want to go there.

Please stop saying it’s opening 24 hours if you cannot take our orders. They closed the store, only drive thru is open. Which means that you can’t order from the store unless you have a car. They always make so much problems. Terrible experience!

It seemed as though the staff had forgotten I was waiting at the drive through after paying for my order.

I wouldn't even mind if you have to at least microwave the food got a large whopper meal, chips were stale and burger was super cold.

Ordered whopper, no lettuce came with lettuce food was Luke warm

Coffee is ok.foods not so great. Depends a lot on what time you're there. Still waiting on a properly made burger that isn't dripping and barely edible. If that changes I'll update here

Disgustingly dirty and tasteless food. Not what we were used to at Hungry Jack's in the past.

Service was so quick here. I only ordered a soft serve but it was so massive and filled with ice cream unlike any other one I have visited. Was so happy with this surprise haha. Very tidy and clean inside

They totally forgot my order after I had waited 25 mins (10ish at night 7-Aug-2022). The staffs at the front were unprofessional. This is the worst Hungry Jack I have ever been.

Good fast food outlet with some birger options available. Pancakes are available too.service is good

Was the last time for us as we are now on a health kick.
Was very satisfied with our last fast food meal. 10/10

The girl in a black buttoned uniform who was serving me was quite unpleasant and messed up my order.

Edited from 5 stars to 1. Standards have dropped. Absolutely Appalling! During the wait I watched two female staff hug and kiss, behind the counter. Then as one staff member left "Lily" loudly stated "I HATE that guy! " When asked why by another team member she loudly said "I hate him because he is transphobic" and proceeded to run him down and discuss transphobia for 5minutes all whilst behind the serving counter. Then my order arrives, Lily who was already in a foul mood refused to give me sauce for my nuggets, insisting that it's policy and I must pay As I won't eat them without it and did not factor in having to pay sauce plus her attitude I just sent back the order. Obviously I wasn't gay enough for her liking. My girlfriend would turn in her grave knowing this!

Went to Hungry Jacks for a quick pit stop. This branch has a small place but I found the coffee to be nice. Better than the other fast food places in my opinion. Not the cleanest place, particularly I visited in the morning so I would have thought the place would still be clean but it was not. Their toilet area was clean though, so that was nice.

I ordered burger they asked me what size would you like we have small medium and large and I said large, when I get my burger it was so small and when I asked them is this the large burger the girl told me all of our burgers are the same size.
If they are same size why do you asking then? Such a shameful behaviour such a rude behaviour zero costumer service, I hope someone could learn this people how to respect costumers

Not sure what I got? Didn't match what I ordered, didn't match what it said on the wrapping. This place could do with a visit from the health inspector it's filthiness the front, can only imagine what it's like in the kitchen.

This is the third time in a row I received microwaved food, old drink and out of shape burgers… I feel seek already! This is way out of order… This can cause food poisoning

Was told to “keep it down” in our own car. Paid for 10 nuggets and were excluded from order. Please get more responsible and polite night mangers.
