Good fast food! The place is clear and the staff are friendly.

Worst possible customer service - waited long time before one of 2 staff could even acknowledge we were even there.

The outlet was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and the food was cold. Not what I normally expect from a Hungry Jack.
Good place but very busy.always there is a wait. Expect 10 minutes plus to order and get your meal. Some times not neat and clean
It was really easy to get in and out and the employees were very patient but quick and the food came out hot and fast, honestly everyone that showed up was there for the shake and win but that just fired up the employees energy faster because food and orders were taken really fast
Excellent customer service but vegan burgers have become tasteless. Hungry Jacks should switch back to simple vegetarian burgers and not vegan anymore.

Service a little slow, tables could be cleaned more regularly but food consistent & reasonably priced
3 staff on at 5.45 Sat night during busiest time of year, felt sorry for the staff, waited 20 minutes
Quick service.friendly staff. Well located for a quick bite.but need to look into clearing mess on the tables. Been there a number of times n same issue of not being clean.
Quick friendly service with no hassles from the young Male behind the counter in the trundle mall store.
Decor is far more modern now after the nationwide face lift. Service has been hit or miss the last few times I have been there.
Asked for meals and waitress gave me two burgers without fries and drink. When I asked, she said it was my fault that I didn't say yes to meal but she didn't even ask. Gave me a sprite but was found to be water. Never coming here again.
Go for the 2 x $1 chips instead of the medium fries, save you some money.

Onion rings are really nice.
Good service all hours of the day no matter how busy.
They halved the seating area at some point in time. Good for a late night feed before going home after a few bevvies
