An old man filmed my sister and me because he thought we were handsome. He was beaten up by another customer and the employees helped us very well. Food was fine before we were filmed

3: 20pm websday the 11th of october 2023 i got some food from this hungry jacks.chips stale & cold and 1 large chips missing when asked for another chips staff at dont rolled her eyes

Burger and chips served cold, tasteless, no pickle included and bun fell apart info four pieces. A disaster and a total waste of money. Really guys - drop your slogan immediately

I really liked the fact that we could customised our meals. I am lactose intolerant and the customisation helped a lot.

I got bacon burger and I said remove the meat and bacon from the burger and make in veg so they charge 1.75$ for patty why? Poor

I ordered take away Carolina chicken burger which should have bacon, onion n cheese but came with none of this. It is take away order n they expect us to return back with the burger. If people are staying far do they expect them to come in. Took photo n went back after 2 hrs n was said sorry can't do anything. So in future check the burger in front of them before walking out.

I have ordered chips and a coffee they give me coffee and didn't call for a chips and need to ask them for serve me chips as well

Every staff member I asked about my poorly made burger made fun of me.
The egg was never inside the burger, onion too. See photo. I spoke in person to the employees responsible, and I spoke to other employees after the first and nobody seemed to care that my chips were cold and the abuse was just too much.
I can't believe anyone would do that in public no matter how upset they were.
I lost my engagement ring in the bin and somebody pretended to help but was much more interested in making some money instead.

Never go to Hungry Jack's unless you're desperate and prepared for an emotional time.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. Always have the worst experience and always get my order messed up and by the time I get home it's too late to go back to get the right burger. This time won't be going back for sure.

Arguing with customer and not treating customer well showing anger to customer. I am sorry I cannot give more than 1 rating.

The manager, Sunny, is extravagantly rude. That guy doesn't even deserve this 1 star as well. Not sure about the reason behind that. Whether he is tired of his job duties or doesn't like to deal people at all.

The best Hungry jack’s in the city for sure, burger was really fresh and delicious and the manager, who served was also really nice. Neat and tidy place

Great place to visit. Very near to rundle street.

Staff are very hunble and friendly.

Meals are so delicious and affordable.

Sitting arrangements is fabulous.

My daughter and my grandaughter we're having a meal and we're still eating at 1.30 am before going to catch a plain to Brisbane and the airport dosn't open till 3am so they were going to wait there where it was safe when a staff member told them they had to leave they explained why they were waiting but they were told to leave anyway and there were still other customers still coming in SHAME ON HIM for sending 2 girls into the cold to wait outside the airport.

Yesterday I received bad service. A staff member not only slammed my thickshake on the counter but also my burger in front of me, all because another customer hadn't collected their order. The staff member in question had a bad attitude, and didn't hide it from the customers either.

Great food at great prices. Every food item on the menu and combo is cheaper than KFC or McDonald but tastes better! Great place if you're on a budget.

When I am hungry, being named Jack, I look no further than this fine establishment. Obviously it’s made me sick a few times. A few dozen even. But that’s hardly the point, who eats at Hungry Jack’s thinking they’re not going to get sick? Not me, that’s for sure.

Staff just don't care and don't want to serve just walk past you. They serve when they want we waited almost 10mins and they just keeped walking past like I didn't matter. Maybe owner should have a look what's going on or work themself and see.

I was upset with the customer service. Staff didn’t acknowledge my order as soon as I began to order and walked away to talk to another staff member. We didn’t end up getting our order in the end
