Rushed into ordering off a confusing menu and cost a heap of money and wasnt even very good. Stuff HJs now days. Were great in the old days

Incompetent. Made food for car behind me first and then said they were out of frozen coke, got order wrong, so I looked at 3 frozen cokes for car behind me and they couldn't give me one and said they had ran out.

People weren't wearing masks even tho is says no mask no serves but they were still served. The toilets were dirty and we unable to be used. I was very un happy. Won't be going back

I go through this drive through a couple times a week on my way home from work just to grab a latte, great coffee, lovely staff

Small restaurant, busy due to double lane drive thru. Staff are courteous under pressure during peak lunch time. Customers patient and understanding due to busy time. Would visit again based on staff interaction maybe during none peak times. Recommended.

Best hungry jacks in Australia hands down! Freshest bread, meat and veggies in every burger. Eat here and then eat at another hungry jacks and you’ll see the difference - BEST!

One star because I can't give it zero. Girl working preparing food without a mask. When I questioned it, she put one on but was wearing it under her nose. Questioned that and was completely ignored. She turned her back to me and continued serving. On top of that waited over 15 minutes for my order.

Did not care the customer as they are waiting for order and waiting for their slow bum and did not even give respect to the people who does delivery and customer

It's a Hungry Jack's like all of them struggling with Covid19 very clean with competent staff give it a go.

Gave me a burger with no bread for some odd reason. Wasted half an hour of my time going back just to not even get a full refund or anything for the trouble. How complicated is it to make a burger?

The egg & bacon muffin was dry, no sauce in it. Our coffee did have the sugar we asked for.

All ways they give wrong order and cold chips!
I don’t know why this happened all the time with me.
I don’t recommend it to any one lazy ppl

Hungry Jack Parafield have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I didn't hear the server/Covid Marshall properly due to loud noise in the store, so he gave me filthy looks. The looks were so bad that my husband walked away to prevent a physical altercation. I was deeply offended, I did nothing to warrant the looks, I was polite and friendly as I am to all servers. Not any more. We will never give this store our hard earned money again.

New BIG JACK is a waste of your money. Just bought one from this restaurant and the patties are half the size of the bun and dry.

Please teach Bianca proper customer service. You don't offer a customer there meal 4 hours after they've ordered it! No option but to chase my refund through corporate. Stay away!

A bit disappointing in the days of Corona Virus to find every single table dirty and over flowing bins. I can’t complain about the food or the service delivery, but to find every single dining table dirty is really concerning.

Ordered Double Whopper Cheese with bacon, only to get home and find out I only got a bacon delux. UNHAPPY INDEED. Will be going elsewhere that listenes to orders, and provides what I ordered. Oh and I am still hungry.

Not Fast Food, always waiting in wait bay for delay on Sausage patty during Breakfast. 3 mornings now, go elsewhere for faster service.

Food and staff always good here.unfortunately the new app where you pre-order and pay is a joke 3 times ive used it and 3 time ive been asked to wait in the parking bays! Cant see the point lol

We love hungry jacks but We don't have it very often, the place is very clean has very clean amenities and has disable toilets the workers were very friendly as well
