Do not any any circumstance let your children work at Parafield. Store manager is a disgrace and a bully. My child was told they haven't worked hard enough to get a ten minute break. (Compulsory break) the new practice by store manager is to give these kids a three hour shift so that they do not get a break.this is not what a first workplace should be. You are a disgrace hungry jacks

Staff have no manners how to deal with the delivery drivers. They are make you wait for more than 30 minutes and then told you to cancel the order and wasting our time and money.
So unprofessional staff here I havent seen anywhere else.
Really disappointed from this.

I visited Hungry Jack in Parafield today. An employee with dark skin and long pink dreadlocks writes praising her good work. I waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks at 1300 but no complaints because of great work her. I think she deserves to be her chief walker or something. She was in charge of the coffee, fries, and service sections and assisted other staff. I look forward her to work in a higher position.

I just dropped in for a quick bite before an evening client meeting. I was greeted by Sebastian who was clearly the shift supervisor. (I asked for his name afterwards). In my work, I eat more takeaway than I'd like to admit and this young man had his shift under control. He was enthusiastic. There was a technical issue with the EFTPOS and he communicated it clearly and had a great solution. He was respectful to his team members whilst leading the shift and during the 20 minutes I ate, he dealt with a complaint due to a mis-order from drive thru and again he handled it exemplary.

I was a Macca's manager a million years ago and they just don't make shift supervisors the way they did in my day, but this kid was a marvel. I was very tempted to get my card and offer him a job. He is an asset to you.

I was pleased with my experience at Hungry Jacks. The Ultimate Double Whopper, and the Angry Whopper was delicious and the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was also clean. Definitely worth the price.

Waited 20 mins for order. Drinks were done first. Spiders looked like this when we got them. Staff attitude not good didn't care drinks were like this. Supposedly had a large meal order which made it ok

Visit HJ's Parafield occasionally for breakfast or lunch. Service is always prompt, the staff friendly and food nice and hot.

They always follow the change requests to our orders and know how to put extra mayo when we ask which is always. Most places are stingy with mayo

I was there 20 minutes before the closing time still can't get in.door was closed and when I was knocked crew was there but they ignored me and I asked manger she told me they closed early.how ridiculous are they. I have van which I can't access through drive thru.very disappointing place. Please don't visit place if you are expecting service or kindness.

Great service, clean store, ample parking. Easy to get to from both sides of Main North Road.

Really -5. Fries cold, Grilled chicken burger cold and rubbery. There was a menulog pickup driver but they ended up cancelling, so they took the meal back and put back on racks! Seriously! Never going back and telling everyone. BTW who has gastritis TODAY!

Just went and got the $8 deal 6 nuggets medium fries and medium onion rings.only to get home and see they didn't give me my fries.what I wanted most of all.

Has not changed much in 40 years. This relatively new outlet had a very busy drive thru. Dining in was easy in their small dining area. The burgers are much the same tasty and filling.

This was the first time that we stopped at this hungry Jacks, the service was great even though they were very busy, great place

Burgers were dry, we had to wait 15mins for the meal, and ordered large chips and got half a packet, it was a disappointing experience for me and my little 8 year old daughter

Whopper meal was cold and the pieces of onion were so big they were inedible. Won't ever go back

Staff are friendly and even smile although under pressures of peak times.
Barista Coffee has improved.
The store in general needs a little wipe down and rest rooms need attention.

As there was no one in front of us you would think it would be quick but nope we waited awhile then when we day down to eat the chips on the top were cold and the hamburger was also cold not happy won't be back

Did not care the customer as they are waiting for order and waiting for their slow bum and did not even give respect to the people
