Service has always been good for a fast food joint. Food is prepared nicely although they often forget a few things here or there, but nothing major

Smallest hungry Jack's I've ever seen. Service speed is a bit poor. Maybe consider pre-ordering. Just don't hang out in the carpark since it stinks of petrol

Just what you would expect from a hungry jacks located in a servo. You best believe your burgers won't look like the picture, they may be the same temperature though.

Go to hungry Jack's a lot, sometimes they are talking in Indian, and I don't like that, they should be made to speak English all the time, and trying to get a chocolate shake is nearly impossible

Decided to try the HJ's Delivery service through Menulog. When my meal arrived it wasn't handed to me but left out on the front door step, in paper bags exposed to the rain storm currently present in Adelaide 6/8/2021. Heard no knock on the door and I'm sat next to the window next to the front door. By the time I found it meal was cold. Its freezing outside tonight, my meal stood no chance. Very disappointed with my experience. You don't just drop a pizza on someones front door step and leave without letting them know its there. A text message to say its leaving the store for delivery does not say to be dropped off without notice on its arrival. Should I have to specify on my order to knock on my door like a normal person and let me know my meal has arrived? If pizza drivers can manage it, why couldn't this driver?

Staff were hopeless one was more interested in his phone than taking my order then proceeded to stand an chat to the other making my order

He burgers were quite good and full flavour but the chips were a little bit dry and quite hard when biting into other than that the service was quite good from the time we ordered until we got our food it was pretty quick. My opinion is that they done a good job and I do recommend others to come here.

You know what.for a Hungry Jacks this was pretty good. My order was ready in like 2 minutes. Talk about fast food. Thanks!

Busy petrol hub with Subway and Hungry Jacks and Bakery and the shopping section. Outside are the obligatory carwashes. Its a busy hub but the franchise has got systems in place and staff trained so you are in and out really quickly.

Staff friendly enough and service fairly prompt service. Place looked untidy and food was only lukewarm. And the "Big Jack"? Should have been called The Flopper" Tasteless.

Always have poor management, unprofessional staff I don’t why they guys don’t listen to customers, what we are ordering and getting something else instead off. Specially chips are not recommendable always they seem like raw and dry and not fresh as well. This is very undesirable and it should modified

Poor customer service ask for a chicken big jack and ended up having beef one and served us chips which seems like medi evel times

Customer service was amazing. They were fast, funny and professional. The food was just perfect, the chips were fresh seasoned well and crispy.

After ordering food, they refused to honour my free small coffee that I won in the 'shake n win' part of the Hungry Jacks app. They wouldn't even exchange the small coffee for a small soft drink - in the manager's quite rude manner & in his words. "No, I can't. No"

Am a Frequent visitor here as it is on the way to my sons swimming classes. I like the staffs here for their best customer service. My son always have his special burger with Ham and Bacaon.odd combination. That manager remember it and mention while ordering.

Absolutely disgusted to see the lady serving had the flu and was coughing, wiping her nose. Not washing her hands and was handling food. Seriously hungry Jacks. Get your act together

Slow service. One kid unenthusiasticly flipping burgers. One girl at counter. Two guys making sure the kitchen is ok.

I like to eat properly most of the time but if I'm in a rush then Hungry Jack's would be one of my favourite places to visit!
