Hungry Jack's

Loved the new burger, which was Angus and bacon.
Service was good, and the thick cut fries were fresh and delicious.

It's alright, the only gripe I have with it is no drive through. The OTR is already busy and now you have a tonne of people parking and going in.

100% needs a drive through.

Try to get breakfast around 5am always staff says they are closed. I have no idea why they mentioned that they are 24 hours open.

Horrible.
Never get what you order right.
Then get told it's not in stock. The thickshake machine never works and food safety is not practiced.
Staff are rude and disrespectful.
The managers disrespect the young workers and take advantage of them.
The workers should speak English in front of customers.
When there are missing items, nobody seems to know how to refund or credit your order.

Fair enough uk,
Fast food what’d ya expect. Give the kids a break, want more then hop on to a fancy restaurant where you don’t have teens paid minimum wage.

Hey guys give this one a miss I love hungry jacks and have been very forgiving with this place but the staff on night shift are hopeless get orders wrong every single time I have uber food from there and every time my order has been cold and I have not received all items ordered to the point where I have stoped ordering anything at all from them with uber and would go in store in person and placed orders only to get home and drive anther 10 minutes back to them to have food replace with what I ordered as they will give you a cheese burger when your ordered a whopper or a normal whopper when you ordered a double now I'm not say this always was a problem at the store but I am saying in the last 12 months the night shift crew has stop me from ever returning to the store again the only good thing is if you guys want free food go to the night shift there and the guy will mess up your order and the mager will give you what you order at no charge when you complain about the stuff up in your food

I was put off by the unhygienic personnel making my food un shaven, dirty clothes, no gloves, or hair nets. I didn’t want to be rude or put on a show so I threw it out n I will never go back to any other hungry jacks outlet

Short staff equals slow service. The girl was pleasant. This is the slowest place I been too

Nice team, standard burger joint, could improve cleanliness there was a bird inside eating chips off the floor

Very dirty, no hygiene at all.keep touching filthy hairs while serving/cooking. My child spotted one of them actually picking his nose while serving chips.and my child refuse to eat, and we throw all chips in bin.when you order, you are actually talking to brick wall.order M, you will get S（charged for M, of cause）

Order burger and drink, get different burger and different flavor drink.choose what sauce, you get no sauce.

They act they are very cool, but I felt filthy and disgusted.

Unless you want to wait a good 20 mins for one drink, or want to loose an appetite to eat,

Just go to nearby Hungry Jacks. Much quicker and cleaner! !

The first time I ordered my food, it was my last. The team is disgusting. I ordered something they gave me different food and I drove away on my job I had to come back 5km and they don’t understand English properly I don’t know why they’re working there. The girls who worked there was smell badly and rude. I never gonna go there ever. I ordered 2 coffees and they removed uno tix. Shame on them.

Although I only grabbed a quick drink the site was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly so keep up the good work.:)

Tried the morning menu at HJ and things up for the toasted Tomato, ham and cheese are really good value and good. Think two sangas and a coffee was sub $10.

Honestly how can someone mess up your order after telling them 5x what i wanted and they still couldn't get it right. Management should be hiring people who don't have pickles lodged in their ears and reconsider someone who actually listens.

Absolutely discusting toilets had urine on the floor used paper on the floor, service was shocking for hungry jacks, filthy area won't be going back again that's for sure

This hungry jacks is one of the best.
The burgers aren't just slapped together they actually look like the photos and are hot and fresh. It shows that the mature staff take pride in their jobs. Highly recommended as I've never been disappointed.

Have you ever been to a Hungry Jack's? Well, this one is like all the other ones. If you like ok food that is guaranteed to contribute to your heart failing, then Hungry Jack's is a sure fire hit.

A bit slow but initially going to order subway but staff weren't interested in serving customers hence we got hungry jacks

I don't eat Hungry Jacks I got a cappuccino, coffee was great 2 stars for the poor service I walked up to the counter to be served to wich 2 employees were standing, both looking directly at me as I got to the counter they both walked away. It was about 1 minute later another lady came and served me while the 2 that walked away watched her serve me
