Hungry Jack's

Never be cajoled into the $5 Chicken Royale and Cheeseburger deal. Chicken was as tough as old boots and they forgot to give me cheeseburger.but went back and they gave it to me.

Worst service I’ve ever received at any hungry jacks, first they tried to just give us drinks without our meals one was a sparkling water instead of normal, swapped that over waited nearly 5 minutes for meals then they forgot to put a kids toy in one of the boxes so now we have one screaming kid in the car too. We get home to eat and one burger was hardly wrapped with all the lettuce underneath the burger and another burger had nearly half an onion on it whilst someone was taking the piss with the kids burgers that were drowning in sauce! Rant over won’t ever go back there.

They can stuff your good up but at the same time they can get your food right. It all depends on who is working and what time of the day you go. If you go into the morning or evening your food will be rushed and most likely not fresh but if you go in the middle of the it is a lot less quieter and your food isn't rushed.

Muffins are soggy on breakfast menu not a happy customer after i had to wait in Carpark over 15mins just for breakfast menu to change over to place order, made my partner spend all day throwing up. Shameful to make people sick.

Amazing, friendly, and just over all great service even when you have an issue it's fixed straight away no questions asked.

Quality is the same as any other Hungry Jack's establishment. Service is friendly and quick, however there is usually a longer wait for food.

Typical hungry jacks good staff often a wait at this one not always but often however always clean and staff are good

Absolutely disgusting, burgers, they sit for hours and are then reheated for the dinner rush. Avoid at all costs!

Worst hungry Jack's I've ever been to. Always along wait even when I'm the only customer in drive thru. Today they have no buns ready for breakfast menu.pathetic I won't return

Very bad customer service. Staff of this place! What i can say! Full with attitude. They never smile to greet customers. They always ignore you! They have their own rules. Sometimes it seems to be they are insulting you. Management should change staff!

Bit hard to locate the main entrance.but nevertheless. I tried vegan whopper which was awesome and all i can is "Burgers are better at Hungry Jack's".

Very bad experience while picking up menulog delivery yesterday 12th October 2019, Because of staff behaviour. I did not pic up the food it was so sorry. The Manager was still forcefully giving me an order to pick up their food after I leave the Restaurant because he does not know how to handle the situation. Manager is Very lack of knowledge and they all the staff does not know the basic restaurant’s community guidelines. I cannot express all the things what the staff and Manager did yesterday for the delivery partner. Working as a delivery driver I am visiting most of the restaurant in SA but It was one of the bad experience in Hungry Jack.

Not a massive fan of fast food but HJ's is my favorite of all the big chains. I did enjoy the bacon & cheese loaded fries & who doesn't like a chocolate thickshake?

Food is usual for Hungry Jacks.
However, I have on more than one occasion, gone through the drive through and been missing an item I ordered.

Very bad customer service. Manager with bad behaviour, full of ego and was serving without name badge. Not listening order properly then blaming customers. Cleanliness level was too low.

Never been treated so rudely by anyone like the supposed manager, worst service I have ever had in the thirty plus years that I have been going to Port Adelaide jacks, the staff were lovely but the manager needs to be re trained, so angry

Better than Hungry Jacks North East Rd: at lest when you make and pay for your order the deliver and do not snarl at the customer when querying about your order 25 minutes later.

Waited way too long for a bacon and egg muffin meal got given iced coffee not hot coffee and the hash brown tasted like it was cooked in old manly oil. Won't be going back

Quick service, however because the store was busy the store was a little untidy. A few spaces to park the car.

I am writing this while I am here.such an Horrible customer service experience I had here. I and my friends waited for so long to order and at the end we received the wrong items. When we confronted the staff, they just treated us with arrogance. And very rude. I am very disappointed and I won't be coming back here again. Good bye hungry jacks, Port Adelaide!
