Pan from hungry jacks port adelaide is beautiful! His customer service made both mine and my sons day! Always want to come back just to see his face:) Also love that hungry jacks still offers vouchers

The incident happened yesterday I was telling to drive-through lady I want to veggie burger and I conformed to the screen, VEGAN WHOPPER but I got a beef burger when opened burger. It was very very bed service.

We often use the Port Adelaide store for a meal after a tough week when we don’t feel like cooking at home and I cannot recall a time where our order has been as expected. We didnt get fries with our 2 meal deals. How this happens I have no clue … but when you call to share your experience the blame is passed on to the delivery service. Obvious that the franchise makes enough profit to have no care for all customers. I’d be embarrassed if this was my place of employment

Comments regarding time management are true, service is inconsistent & so is the food. Convenience is the main factor when it comes to frequent visits

Bit hard to locate the main entrance.but nevertheless. I tried vegan whopper which was awesome.

Not to bad compared to other stores seems they serve drive thru first before they do walk ins. Other than that.ok

Went here on sunday and grabbed two bbq sauce cheese burgers. How disgusting the buns were frozen and so were the meat patties which are cheap and tasteless. Spat out in 0.1 seconds. Took 20 mins to supposedly make but weren't cooked. Will not be returning to this hungry jacks ever again.

The car park is crowded when the drive thru is very busy. The tables were dirty, it was under staffed and the young manager seemed to be very loud and rude to other team members. Glad it is not my local store, will be avoiding the store from now on.

Food over all is better then other locations. Unfortunately they are not great at putting on lids on drinks as one occasion the lid has fallen off and another time it spilt over my partners shirt.

Check you order before you leave this is the worst store in adelaide they leave something out everytime I've been here. Got two stars just because you are a hungry jacks store and the burgers taste better at hungry jacks.

Burgers and drinks were amazing absolute awesome friendly staff.
Great place to go for fast food kids love the playground there highly recommend

Straight up trash, I guess that's why the maccas has a line up coming out onto the road and no one to be seen at Hungrys. Next time I'll just wait for the maccas

Needs to train staff better.by far the worst of all the hj stores I've been to. I think they like keeping their well known store reputation as "junk food" literally looks like junk when you receive your order.

Absolute shambles, waste of time and money this place needs a shake up or new management last 3 orders have been wrong.

Ice coffee wasn't that good. Coffee okay but no sugar (wasn't even asked). Burgers were as expected.

Am soooo over HJ's. Burgers were small and soggy, although friendly young woman was willing to sort my order.

Food is disgusting! Went back after a couple of months to see if it had approved BUT its worse!
You ask for minus tomato and Im sure they put extra on to annoy you
