Hungry Jack's

It's always quiet when I go here, the burger I had was really good actually, it was one of the best whoppers I've had. I also liked the motorcycle with anime stickers that one of the employees drove, they seem cool.

Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped me with my order. And to the amazing friendly manager who assisted me resolve my issue with my order and even gave me free tomato and lettuce add on to my order thank you so much for making my day. God bless you

Forgot to check takeaway l didn't get my nuggets? Why is it you ALWAYS have to check out what is in the bag before you leave? ? ? ? ? ?

They have bigger burgers than McDonald's, and I prefer to go to the counter and order my food, than order by the online

If I could do 0 stars I would, waited 15 minutes inside for 2 frozen drinks! None of the crew was wearing their mask and the girl that was supposed to be getting our drinks was doing nothing and when we finally got our drinks there were no straws asked if they could look in the store room where boxes are usually kept (previous hjs worker) and he said no he can’t… currently eating my frozen coke with a spoon, never going there again.

Food was good but I'm not sure what happened with the service, I've never had to wait so long before, not just for the food but even getting anyone to answer the drive thru service.
Thing is, they weren't even busy.
There was no one in store and about 4 cars waiting to take an order.

Absolutely horrendous service times.never been served fast at this place before.fast food, not slow food. Edit: forgot my sauce too nice

Foods usually as you'd expect very nice but that's on the off chance that they get your order right and even if they do you'll be put in the waiting bay with orders as simple as a whopper meal.

Went to the drive through and ordered a small fries and a cheese burger. Get asked to wait in the car park. 5 minute wait in the car park. This was during the day when it wasn't even busy. There's no reason to make customers wait in the car park for small orders. A small fries & cheese burger takes less than 1 minute to prepare. Stupid choices being made by the staff working that day.

Slow service staff not wearing mask. Well past capacity on people allowed inside. Cant here them to place order inside and they cant here you either. Lot of other having to follow up missing order on long wait. Stale fries and I would have been better off eating the box instead of burger it would have been an improvement. Don't wast your time go elsewhere

Very unorganised with just a handful of customers. Wouldn't recommend to come here during lunch rush hours if you don't want your time wasted for just waiting and waiting

Terrible - walked in because the app took my order, but didnt give me an order number. Had to ask the person behind the counter if they were serving because they just stood there looking at me like I had 3 heads. Toilets seem to be popular though

Great quick friendly service during the day but at night time i dont even bother.always have to wait.once my son and i waited 20 mins in the waiting bay for a family meal.to find out the order had been skipped or forgotten completely when he walked in to find out where it was.

Will not patronise this store again, whopper with cheese, and chips as a replacement meal for an error in a previous meal (allergy related). Forgot chips had to go back in store, whopper was disposed of after first bite and 2 hairs in meal. Store dirty, disorganised very slow service. Poor effort burger looked like it was thrown together. But staff very polite

Dipping sauce were off and the colour changed to green from yellow and they still served that to my pick up order.
Wish the management of hungry jack's could see these reviews and fix some of them up.

If you want mangled food visit this Hungry Jacks. Don't think I will be coming to this store again if this is how they serve food to paying customers there was more cheese on the paper than in the yumbo. Bought 2 Yumbos they were both squashed and mangled they should be ashamed of themselves, I will be contacting head offices.

Car in right ordering lane took forever to place order, when he finally finished. I waited and waited. A car drove in to the right lane and got served straight away. I think she ordered for a whole family and changed every order. I finally ordered my 1 x Yumbo and drove around. Then i waited another 5 minutes for the lady with the big order.
I finally got my Yumbo - opened it - IT WAS COLD!
i have been to this Hungry Jacks 3 times in 2 weeks. The service has been slow on each occasion.

Rubish last three times we have bought are meals they have been cold by the time we get home. We olny live 3 minutes away. Just like eating a sandwich. 11 minutes in the waiting bay. Very poor.

Very good coffee, enjoyable fresh burger. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly especially during this pandemic

It's a new store, all the staff are young. 7 out of 10 times they miss something in the order. I had many of my orders made wrong and I have to go back to fix it and sometimes can't be bothered
