Rarely have a good experience, go the distance to Sefton (Main North Road) and save the disappointment

Easily the worst hungry jacks in the area possibly ever. The burgers are always cold, even if you ask them to cook them fresh. From the entourage of bad reviews this place has got I’m surprised it’s still open. The service is nice but the food is terrible. Give this one a miss.

This is the single worst Hungry Jack’s in Australia, of the 6 times I have ordered here the wait times for my standard of the menu items with no alterations is 38 minutes and abused by staff for asking how much longer it is going to be, 35.38 minutes, 11 1/2 minutes, 16 minutes, 18 minutes and 0 minutes with 3 items missing. Do yourself a favour and go to Main North Rd or O. G Rd instead.

Good. New crunchy boneless chicken wasn't crunchy, nore was it moist. It was dry and almost tasteless. Bought 3 pieces, one piece was so small, I've had bigger "nuggets" from KFC. Won't get caught again. I did get a seniors drink. They didn't stuff that up thankfully.

Cold burgers, fries and nuggets. I believe they have big deep fryers and microwave. Super substandard service and no quality control. Simple product and service - need common sense at this place.

Manager top lad, killa service with great staff who are enthusiastic and engaged. Wonderful, good chippies as well.

I have ordered online several times and too often the order has not been right, I wish they would read the orders properly before they process the food. And too slow to process, sometimes it takes 20-30 minutes.

Rubbish, the girls inside are joke each other, laughing like kids, ignore the customer, need matured people to look after the customer.

Very bad staff including managers!
Waiting upto 30 minutes and 3 to 4 cars that come after me get served before me!
You shout them to remind, and you get reply: what did you order? We don't have that in our list!
Then after calling managers, still the same situation!

Food often doesn’t taste fresh. Very dry bland and just gross. Do you use fries from two days ago? Yuck My friend got two bacon burgers the bacon looked horrible. Think 3 day old burnt rubber. Will never eat a thing at this hungry jacks again. Also your toilets are disgusting. Clean em up and put toilet paper in and as the women’s toilet is for anyone put a spray fresh air freshener in there it’s horrific. The bacon was darker than pic and harder and fries black bits here and there and off and tasteless definitely not fresh.

Have been here 3 times through the drive through, and on all occasions I’ve had to drive back to collect the rest of my order that was not packed in the bag. Never a sincere apology when collecting the left behind food and never any extra items or vouchers given as a compromise. I won’t be going again, I suggest you do the same.

Its hungry jack we all know the food is good still not happy about the chip change. Sadly this one is slow with the drive through and sometimes gets it wrong, quick to fix thou.

Quick service and good quality. The staff is very friendly and polite. Although fast food is bad for you and that you should not consume it, if you somehow find yourself needing a quick fix of fast food, this place won't disappoint. Again, fast food is extremely unhealthy and this should be your last option. Eat healthy people.

Nice people here but I've never waited less than 15 minutes for my order, even when preordering via the app. Maybe it's the vegan whooper throwing off their workflow?

Not the best burgers from this location and expensive for what was purchased. Not in a rush to head back there.

In February I went this store and placed a order to value of $28 was forced to leave as another customer was verbally abusing everyone and i was feeling unsafe told staff member to cancel my order and left without a refund staff preferred the abusive customer and didn’t even bother coming after me with refund when you had the promotion order any large meal get free glass I ordered 2 large meals and never got 2 glasses today the 18/12/21 I ordered a bacon double double cheeseburger deluxe large 12 chicken nuggets and a large iced coffee coffee without ice and received a coke left the coke at store was made to repeat my order over 7 times

Slowest service everrrrr order online before I left home, got there 10 mins later told to wait more for another 20 mins for nuggets

Short staff on a weekend. Had to wait for very long for a small order. Two girls were running around for everything. Need to increase staff so customers and employees are at ease.

This must be one of the worst hungry jacks in Adelaide.

Cold fries, off tasting chicken burger, and the drive through service was ridiculously bad. Gross all round!
