Average the food felt rushed and staff didn't really care just slapping food together to prepare a meal not paying attention to the quality they are delivering

Was fast and got my order correct even with all the minus and extras on my burger s we'll as nice people Thank you?

First hungry jacks meal ive ever had that didnt have half the chips and nuggets throughout the bag, staff are friendly (Recommend asking for Aerica if available) food comes out at the perfect temperature, however the tables seem to have tape glue stuck to them which makes it a pain to put paper bags on the table lest they rip as you take them off

It was ok, but with limited seating and a few customers not moving on quick enough after their meal.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Hungry Jack's. Fairly run down, place looks tired. Small eat and go place, not for long sittings.

Burger was ok, fries were soggy and didn't taste fresh and the whole place could do with a really good clean, but the staff were pleasant and service was quick.

10am on a Saturday morning and there are 3 staff, one of which I can only assume is the manager leaning over the desk checking the computer while the other two staff slowly organise the orders. All the while at least 15 customers wait for their simple orders.
No napkins or anything for customers to get themselves out front or given with my order, which is fine if they've run out of stock but then clearly have it when asked.

Not a stranger to the hospitality industry.
You're getting paid to do a job quickly and efficiently, so do it.

Absolutely appauled with the service here. Served by a woman named Rajdeep who treated me terribly. When i asked for a large water she gave me a regular and when i questioned it, the response i got was "its already in the cup". I highly suggest that management takes action in regards to this complaint to avoid jeapordising the Hungey Jacks name

I find Hungry Jack's head and shoulders above there rivals. As a fast food outlet you will not find anything near as good.
If you are looking for bite to eat and have a drink then you have to visit any of these places

Team member MIL is such an arrogant and rude lady. She doesn’t even know how to serve customers. Hope she learns how to smile.

The food is fine, but the dining area is never clean. Simply is not accessible to even small wheelchairs.

Normally drop in to get something to eat on the way to to the footy. Can be really busy at times and there's not a lot of seating available.

Bit dirty, needs to be maintained and cleaned more frequently, lots of half eaten burgers everywhere.

Forgot heaps of our order, or wilfully omitted some items. Order 851 Saturday 20th of October! We expect refund and have a receipt!

Saturday morning
Order was very cold and staff is very rude and girl on counter is showering her attitude when ask for cold order. Not happy at alll

A cosy HJs on Rundle St, so if you go there on a Friday or Saturday night expect to see a whole bunch of young and drunk people. That said, the staff keep it clean and our order was served quickly and as expected.

Onion rings were gross hard and chewy like been reheated, chips not much better, oil needed changing 5 days ago, avoid at all costs

Ordered food in the app, got there and waited 20 minutes. Asked where it was and they said they never had the ingredient. Three days to refund the money and 20 minutes of my lunch break I'll never get back.

The normal hot chocolate taste horrible do not order it. They have only one person serving waited 5 minutes for a hot chocolate. 1 star because she apologized

Mediocre their music is far too loud told them to lower it to a reasonable level they refused I proceeded and rang the store to speak to the manager, she was rude.
