Hungry Jack's reviews
64Now i've never been here but from what people have told me i'm pretty sure they sell fries here.
The burger was nice but the place was a pig sty. Rubbish all over place, dirty tables, overflowing bins.
Price: Bunch of deals and more. Come to the store front and ask for deals they'll give you plenty. This alone beats other store in my heart.
Burgers? Amazing flavour. Bacon deluxe is the best! Heh great for those who are always on a budget but love good food like me.
Beverages like drinks and cakes? I had drinks, cones, sundaes here and apart from the puddings (my friend liked it but I didn't really), everything was fantastic.
Customer service? Oh well, the man staff on Thursday morning I met was truly friendly and helpful. Staff like him are the key to customers' love to a store.
Overall: Highly recommended
Early in the night and not busy and the tables and floor quite littered. Food was yummy though, especially the fries
Easy to access. A decent view out onto Hindley, haven't been present at more. Dubious hours therefore cannot speak of safety issues. But hey, it's Hindley, what more needs to be said, as for the actual food, staff won't get your order correct highly likely however speed of service is quite astounding!
It's always excellent. I had to wait for the icecream machine to cool down, but it was working unlike McDonald's.
The food quality is okay, put to much salt on the fries everytime. The sitting area is messy and sometimes there is left over food and packs in the sitting area.
Got really bad food poisoning from a cheeseburger meal. Tried to call the store to just let them know to check the dates on their produce to prevent someone else getting sick. Employee who answered the phone told me I was prank calling them and if I couldn't provide a receipt he couldn't help me. He then hung up on me, great customer service mate.
It's hungry jacks, just in a smaller shop front space. I suspect there are some items not available on the menu, however it is set up to service the busy city crowd so it is how it is. Obviously hygienic, but a bit untidy and grubby in the wait area/seating space which makes it very unappealing to stay once food prepared. The staff are friendly enough, the food quality is as expected and really, no frills, just the food.
This use to be my local favorite but now on occasions service is so slow and poor. Chips are either cold or warm, I try and avoid it now. Very disappointing.
- Small dining room, no toilets. If you eat in, sometimes you may get hassled by beggars (even inside). Prices slightly higher than suburban outlets.
(Tonight charged extra as I asked for sauce change, didn't get it, getting late night train, so no time to get it changed) tonight probably first time this happened at this restaurant in last 10 visits.
+ Staff in general are friendly. Better than maccas across road for serving size and taste. Being open around the clock allows me to grab food when working late and running for 11pm train.
Purchased 2 chicken royales an my son ate a qtr. I ate 2 bite. Both feeling incredibly sick. Was still sitting in the store when I started feeling like I was going to throw up.
Food was not too flash, even by Hungry Jack"s standards, and the coffee was only luke warm. Will have to reconsider future visits to this restaurant
Predictable but efficient and since it was the only open food place at the time (apart from McDonald's across the road) there was no escape from fast food
I personally just love the veggie burgers. I am pretty sure that Hungry Jacks is the only very popular fast food store that sells a Veggie Burger.
Honestly it's just the customer service at the end of the day i understand if you don't want to be there but dont let the customers see it on your face.
Quick service. Not very busy. Thick shakes are basically their soft serve in a cup. Burgers are not made very well. Prefer McDonald's opposite but of you like a whopper then ok.
I really don’t know how they cooked the egg, there is piece plastic in my meal. I thought the smell was egg not fresh, then I realized this * happened!
I’m not living ocean! Please
Very disappointed with my order today.
Ordered grilled chicken in a meal but the chicken was crunchy and not properly heated/cooked.
The burger did not look fresh and was almost dead.
Potato chips pack was half filled.
HJ on Hindley street need to do better.
As a customer I am dissatisfied with what I paid for. I could get better outside.
So sorry for the negative feedback.
This store is always dirty, run by Indians so no surprise.
It's simple. It's a small store. Cleaning of dining area is paramount to customers comfort. Read your reviews.
