Trying to book this service I was given 4 different prices over 2 days via email, telephone & in response to the Zen chat service which varied from $72, $100, $140 plus. If the zen chat price is only an estimate, that should be clearly stated when providing the estimate, but I would argue that an estimate of $72 is vastly different to $140 plus extra for drop offs. There was admission that a mistake had been made in the pick up location, but suggest that in future all criteria is checked before a "guesstimate" is sent to prospective clients Very disappointing.
Most professional service - from first contact/enquiry to making booking, to reconfirming with personal phone contact a week before event to pick ups from two locations in West Lakes and Grange to transport to Normanville for 70th celebration at Peninsula Bar & Restaurant and return. Huge thanks to David our driver for a comfortable and safe ride. Definitely revommend and would use again.
