Hughes Chauffeured Limousines

Most unprofessional highly priced company i've ever dealt with. Left my pregnant and children waiting at the airport waiting. Over an hour late for pickup AND had the nerve to charge an unauthorised transaction with my credit card. After paying $175 for a 10 minute ride to our hotel and back and forth emails they have decided to refund us $27.00 of the $175 paid. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This matter should be taken further but i'm not going to waste my time and energy on a disgraceful scamming company like this.

I had been a satisfied customer for about 18 years in Adelaide - more recently though on two occasions, both airport transfers, I have had bookings not arrive necessitating premium bookings with ride shares - the Hughes app is clumsy, has no contact details in it and the booking process unreliable. Their service and attention to detail has certainly dropped - will look for alternatives.

Sydney airport to the hills and a return trip a week later. Both drivers very polite and competent. Very punctual with gps tracking to your pickup.

Our driver was punctual and welcoming. We had a friendly conversation on way to our destination. Recommend driver Kevin highly.

Shockingly bad service on arrival in Sydney. Organised pickup through Emirates but driver after confirming was a no show. Some random guy in the arrival hall with a clip board eventually points to a guy in tshirt and jeans and says he is your driver. Complete disarray. The driver was actually an Uber driver mate they got to do the job. Emirates should not allow this sort of service

Hughes is most punctual, efficient and helpful chauffeur service. Their driver, Sreeman, was absolutely delightful.

When we arrived in Adelaide Airport we were facing Hostile weather with Cold wind and Rain. Huges are supposed to pick us up. But we couldn't locate there driver. So when we called there helpline we were getting only recorded reply and finally we have to take a local cab to reach our hotel Hilton - Adelaide.

Wouldn't recommend Hughes, booked and paid for a special occasion, 10 people travelling to a wedding in the hills, and a return trip, but received an EMAIL less than 24 hours stating booking WAS cancelled, NOT EVEN A COURTESY PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN WHY, so we had 10 interstate people with no transport and couldn't get another company as it was a Saturday night and too late everyone else was booked. When I called Hughes they just said back luck and nothing they could do about it, BUT I HAD TO CALL THEM, AS THEY DIDN'T CALL ME. It was no big deal to them but it was too us. So we had to drive 2 cars up to the wedding and back so couldn't drink or enjoy the night. THANKS HUGHES

A very pleasant drive to the Barossa. Lovely comfortable car and Tony the chauffeur was an excellent driver and very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
