51The movie was bad mary Queen of Scotts it was boring we both fell asleep! The seats were very comfortable!
The new seats are very nice and the staff are friendly, but there’s no one waiting at the entry to scan the ticket. The toilet is very dusty and the theatre lights were turned on when the movie still has 15 minutes left. Disturbing experience.: (

Great and comfortable, find it a bit cold, to many adds and movie promotion, for half an hour to long especially when it is a children movie.
I really enjoyed going to Hoyts Norwood.
Free parking when you get your ticket stamped. I was surprised that there were large comfortable recliner chairs. It was a fantastic place to go to on a hot day. The cinimar was wonderfully cool and relaxing.
I found that yhe speakers were a little too loud.
I enjoyed my frozen Coke
Was surprised to see they've updated the seating, much more room now and the seats are great. Not bad for $13 at all. Snacks were expensive but you get that.
Went to see a movie in cinima one which smelt stale and dusty. Having bad sinus reactions made me have to leave 10 mins into the film. And i was a huge lover of the resident evil franchise. And for me to walk out of something i love so much hurt alot. But even asking staff if something could be done. They just looked at me like i had the problem. Then i cancelled my hoytts subscribion on principle. Never again.
Frozone machine wasn’t working, staff did not know what they were doing, for the first 15 minutes of the movie there was only sound, screen was black.
Don’t know why you want to lock the parking gate? I paid the ticket and still can’t go through? Do you really need to earn $50? What is the after hours? I can leave my car in the parking lot till anytime I want and pay the parking fee. Don’t understanding why you are so mean about the parking area?
We seen a movie in the extreme screen and boy have they stepped up their seating. The seats went from mildly comfortable leatherish seats to very comfortable leatherish recliners. Parking is relatively easy as long as u don't stay longer than 3 hours. The only downside is the price of the candy bar (as with all cinemas)
