Our family's favorite restaurant over 3 generations. I have been here since I was a toddler, and never had a bad meal! Auntie Roz, Paul and Melvin are superb!

My family and I came here once and our experience was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the service, would definitely come back in the future.

A Bit on the pricey side for Chinese, but the venue and atmosphere allows you to pay it and feel like you got value for money.

So good to be able to eat with friends and hear each other talk! Great food and reasonably priced. We took our own wine and they did not charge corkage. Very friendly and attentive staff. This place was great. Food was beautiful. Every bite was yum. And the service was excellent. Next time I go to Adelaide I will be going there again

Slimy rice water, rubber tasted seafood and burned rice noodles

Everything tasted great and just as we expected. The chicken and ham rolls for entree are indulgent. Szechuen beef was a solid choice with good spice. Only because of personal taste, we weren't thrilled by the crispy skinned baby chicken but it was a generous serving nonetheless. Highly recommend this place

We have just arrived in Adelaide and came to House of Chow. It has been a really wonderful evening and the food is the best Chinese food we've ever had!
Entree - The stuffed chicken wings were to die for and the Black peper claypot and the stuffed scallops were terrific. The sauces were out of this world scrumptious!

The best Chinese restaurant in Australia, I frequently bring my family from Melbourne to come here. Roz and her team are amazing, the service is 10/10 and the food is 12/10.12 year loyalty from 850kms away! This restaurant is know well by high society around the country and for very good reason!

First time back for 10 years and we should have been back sooner! Wonderful attentive service, delicious food and well priced. We will be back again soon.

This is the Best Place for Chinese Food! The Staff is extremely courteous, they ammend food according to customers preference and perfection. No matter however busy the kitchen is, they have always made our food as per our changes. They have always welcomed us with a smile, specially Ms. Betty & Mr. Sam who is ever smiling and helpful for taking our menu order. At House Of Chow we have never felt uncomfortable or racist as we felt in Eastern Gardens Chinese restaurant at Norwood. I would Rate House Of Chow 10 out of 5

Was very disappointed. Sweet and sour pork was way overcooked. Mongolian beef lacked flavour and meat was chewy. Not worth paying so much for food court quality food.

Owners Roz & David have been serving their guest's amazing banquet style Chinese for over 25yrs.
If you ever have the pleasure of meeting them on a night they are working, (which is most nights), you'll quickly discover that they absolutely love what they do. Their charismatic nature is infectious and this passion carrys through into their food.

Grab a few friends, fill the 'lazy susan' to the brim with dishes and enjoy.

Please note that their attention to Gluten Free options is outstanding. They actually have an entire menu dedicated to GF dishes.

Amazing quality Asian cuisine with a very cosy and homely atmosphere. Family friendly and family owned. I'll always continue to dine here.

The food is incredibly good as is also the service. Great atmosphere & decor. The hostess, Roz (I think!), is super friendly & helpful. The fried rice alone is enough reason to visit. Parking can be an issue but there is a pay-lot across the road.

Oh, and the cocktails. Try the cocktails!

House of Chow was so so great! Staff were really friendly and the food was d.e. L.i. C.i. O.u. S! Reccomend the steamed whole fish with ginger and soy and the satay beef served on a flaming plate. YUM Also we sat right next to the most beautiful fishtank which gave the evening such a chilled vibe, loved this place and will definitely go back.

Have dined here a few times and always been good. Attentive and caring staff (could not have looked after my 92yo mother better). A little pricey but well presented and the quality overall is very good. The decor is not overly Chinese with lots of red and Chinese lanterns etc everywhere. Classy.

The Entrees were amazing, the Mains fresh and delicious. The Menu prices were a little on the high side. But the Service was impeccable.
