Best Chinese in Adelaide & we have tried hundreds of them through the years, service is always great & friendly, banquets are so fabulous. 10/10

From start to finish the whole experience was great the food was some of the best Chinese food I have eaten. The dessert was sweet and delicious. The service was top notch we never felt like we were not being looked after. Would highly recommend

This place has been a family favourite for me for close to 10 years now. I recently came back for my birthday and was treated wonderfully from Jennifer who made it really special for me and my family. The food was fantastic and the service was immaculate! I really recommend this place if you are looking for a quality dining experience. Also try the creme brulee it is amazing!

I’ve Always heard good things about the House of Chow and as of until recently I’ve never dined there. Last Friday night I had the pleasure of joining a friend and experiencing the restaurant for the first time. The food, the service and the atmosphere was all A1. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely like to go back again.

I like the lady boss, she helpfully ordered the steamed oysters and mixed greens for me. They were seasonally fresh and delicious. Then I ordered Sichuan pork stir-fry, with which I was not very impressed. I do like the building, the fish tank, the tea and white table cloth.

A real great traditional Chinese restaurant, and they have awesome gluten free menu. We were looked after very well!

The House of Chow was recommended to me by colleagues on my visit to Adelaide. I’m glad I took the tip. All staff were courteous and attentive. The food I ordered was top class with the highlight (for me) was the hot and sour soup.it was obvious of its popularity as it was a full house on a Tuesday night. Next trip to Adelaide will DEFINITELY be back

Good authentic chinese food on menu. Bit on the pricy side for those looking for a quick dinner. For health conscious people this chinese food leans towards the greasier side of things. Overall, satisfactory experience for a night out with the fam.

The best Chinese in Adelaide. Must orders are the Thai Lamb Hot Pot, and the Black Pepper Chicken.

All the food was great. A nice old building and pleasant atmosphere. Very attentive service and all at a reasonable price.

Havent been here in a numbers of years, but in saying that went today, nothing has changed, still the same good food, still the same great service.this is why house of chow has been a favourite for a number of people of the years, a long standing industry participant speaks for itself

Service was great and food generally fresh but I found the food pretty average and did not equate to the cost. It lacked flavour in many dishes and finesse. Honestly would not go back but 3 stars for ambiance and service.

Amazing chinese food. I was so happy to find a chinese restaurant that will do gluten free food. It was also really really good gluten free food. Great service, great food.

Possibly the best Chinese restaurant in Adelaide.
I have been three times with my partner for dinner and each occasion the food was spectacular and so mouth watering. Can’t wait for another date night to come eat again.
