Heron Way Reserve reviews
36Fantastic spot for a picnic kids can play on equipment relaxed environment great view of the ocean fantastic rock pools
Beautiful green, manicured reserve with BBQ area, nature play, and plenty of benches to stop and take in the gorgeous rugged, ocean views. Great for couples and families alike!
The sleepy sea breaze and the sunset makes it all the better to spend a warm afternoon in the seating area especially during the windy days. Overall a great place to ho and spend the day
It’s a hidden beauty on our Adelaide beach coast it’s scenic views of our coast line in Hallet cove with a great spot to stop and have a meal at the beach cafe really beautiful place.
Beautiful view. Attaching some shots of the moon and it's reflection in the sea at 5am on a wintery night.:)
Magnificent views, accessible by public transport and has an extensive playground for the kids. Over in the distance is the Hallett Cove Amphitheatre, which is always worth the look.
Beautiful location with amazing views. A very popular family friendly location with a small, open play area for children, BBQ, shades and lash green slope. If willing, you can take the stairs to the rocky Hallett Cove beach, too. Finding a car parking and bbq may often be a challenge on a bright, sunny day.
Very beautiful place to spend some time with friends and family. You can visit there for a day outing or picnic. It has sufficient facility for BBQ or food arrangement. Green grasses looks like natural carpet and you will love to spend time there. Though beach is nearer and you can see the view but not a good place for swim.
The new playground is great. My Grandchildren played for ages on the equipment then went exploring on the beach. The Marion council have done a wonderful job.
Great little secret of Hallett Cove, I was quite surprised at the quality of this park. With covered areas for sun safe play. 5 Way swing to suit all ages. Drinking water, picnic tables and more make this a wonderful place to visit with the family. You can take a quick walk to the beach and enjoy the low tide rock pools. A must for any family looking for activities on a budget.
Parking availability around Hallett Cove is very poor on weekends in almost all of the locations. Be prepared for a long walk.
Beautiful spot for the whole family. Has an amphitheatre, BBQ, a toilet that sings at you, park for the kids, grassy areas and of course Hallett Cove beach.
A quiet little rock pool cove, not great swimming but rock pools & snorkeling & great walking for the explorer type. A private little place to find your zen. Perfect sunset s
Perfect place for quick outing near Adelaide. Tremendous view, sound of water on rocks and nice walking trails.
Perfect views and the facilities we good. Hopefully, the next time we visit the toilets will be operational.
Nice place to take the kids for a play on the nearby playground, shelters and good beach for rock tipping.
