The food was good, but we waited over half an hour for it to be served. There was a nice view of the beach from the table and the staff were friendly. Meals were reasonably priced and they had daily and monthly specials

Had lunch there today with some friends from school (60 yrs ago). The atmosphere was lovely. Nice and relaxing. Not too much hype. We're not young anymore. Will come back again as I'm a local anyway.

Lovely esplanade location for the bistro. Clean, comfortable, generous servings of tasty food. Friendly, helpful staff.

On a hot day, we sat outside and enjoyed a beer and a shandy overlooking the beach and the gulf waters. I always forget that outside is for smokers so it's always a gamble to avoid the cigarette smoke. We survived. It's a good location and a friendly pub. Afterwards we walked to Henley and dined at Stella's.

I was a visitor from interstate and the presentation of the hotel was great. Service was on point. Meal was fantastic.

Lots of space, nice view and super friendly staff. I was disappointed in the salt and pepper squid though - could not finish.: (

Excellent value for money venue. Great staff, great food & good location. A few craft beers on tap, always a good thing!
Car parking can be a little tight as it's a very popular venue.
Been here a few times now & it's aways a consistently good hotel.
Recommended.

Food is most often quite good, prices are pretty good too, when we went in today after we ordered and payed we went to the bar to get our wine and lady behind the bar was very very rude, she didn’t not smile and very impolite, she seemed very angry like she didn’t wanna be here. I believe her name was kemberley

Great location across the Esplanade from the beach, but we found the food to be average. Service was prompt and friendly though.

Good fast food, service could be better, and would prefer table service compared to ordering at the counter. But overall good dinner

Staff were generally interested in our experience. The food was pretty crappy.no vegetarian option, a menu that hardly described the food, nothing but deep fried muck. Not to be recommended.

Lovely view of the ocean, particularly if on the enclosed verandah. Meals for the three of us were all good, no complaints. Very noisy though, worse inside, but considering it was mother's Day, we were lucky to get a table. The great thing was, all day dining much easier than usual two hours elsewhere.

Very nice hotel. Great food goid prices and nice and clean in general. Staff can not be faulted at all and we didn't get thrown out either just joking. My friend and I were the last ones to leave the dining room and both agree we will ne coming back very soon. Thank you very much for a delicious lunch.

I often come with my sister to have lunch with my elderly father. The food is always amazing. That's why we keep coming back. But the woman behind the bar on a Sat needs a serious attitude adjustment. A more snarly and dismissive person I have yet to meet. Someone needs to have a chat to her!

Thank you for a beautiful Mother's Day. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious, complements to the chef's. All of the staff were fantastic especially the host. We'll definitely be back soon.

As someone who requires small portion sizes for medical reasons, I asked if I could order of the Kids' Menu and was told NO. So, I ordered an entrée only and when I asked if I could take the leftovers home with me, I was also told NO due to management policy. I PAID for the food and I should have been allowed to take home my PAID for food. Very disappointing and will never go back there. Way to ruin a great night out, HBH!
