Always enjoyed a good feed and service here. Nice outlook on the beach. Nothing amazing just down to earth decent pub meal. Our go to place for a no fuss counter meal. We will be back.

Don't bother going to the bottle shop if you're with your teenage daughter, as you may be refused service just because your daughter is underage.
Despite them claiming its the law, its a judgement call on their part and a new one when someone in their 50s is refused service for two bottles of Rose.

It's also a pity the person making the call couldn't be bothered wearing their mask over their nose.
I don't wish the employee to be punished as this appears to be a call by the establishment, but seriously very poor form.

Quite good meals, great steak sandwichs but lacking a variety of beers in the dining room, other than that good pub with a good views of the sea.

Just another ALH (Woolies) pub. Food was not good. Beef Snitzel came straight from freezer packet and salad looked sick. Chips were crispy which is a positive. Other meal which was crumbed seafood mix was again out of the freezer packet. Both arrived within 10 minutes of ordering.
Service was good and location is good hence the 2 stars.

Had quick dinner here. Food was average but the customer service served by Jasmin was excellent. It’s always good to see FOH serving nicely with smiling. Thank you.

Had a great evening at the Henley Beach Hotel Staff were great and made us tea and coffe as well as a wonderful snack presented in a box filled with calamari rings spring roll chips and a chilli dipping sauce Doesn't get better than that Was lucky in the gaming room with a good win on the pokies

First time eating here today and was very impressed with the meals. Kids ate everything and loved their rockyroad icecream. Adults had a variety of dishes and all could not stop raving on the quality of the food. The generous size of the meals was also a pleasant surprise. Welcoming staff too.

We booked a table not long before we decided to dine here. Arrived early, seated and fabulous meals arrived in what seemed like minutes.
Service from the staff was the best I've received anywhere in a long while. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Well done Henley Beach Hotel!

Had a couple of drinks and a very tasty lunch at the hotel on a cold windy day. Staff were professional and friendly. A nice place fkr a relaxing bevvy by the sea

This is my most local pub since moving to this side of Adelaide and it took me way too long to give it a go. I booked online very quickly and easily.
Had the rib eye steak with mash and veg and the steak was cooked so perfectly it was ridiculous. The service was very prompt by lovely staff and the atmosphere was ideal! Perfect pub vibes!
I cant wait to try the schnitzels next time. I reckon I will make Henley Beach Hotel my new go-to pub. Great menu, clean, tidy, and a nice view.

Very slow service but quite good when it finally arrived. I was in a large group and one of the first to order. My salad was the last item to come out, 50 minutes later.

I arrived early as my friend had only just booked a table.

The staff were lovely and set the table up quickly so I could sit down. I ordered some champagne and orange juice in a jug for pouring. No problem

3 kids.staff asked if they wanted colouring stuff.no problem

The food was very good.prices reasonable. The staff are excellent!

A great experience would recommend to anyone

We showed up for a family lunch yesterday - disaster! We were a week early! So hubby and I decided that was a bonus and a table for two was requested. We ordered the Henley Burger. Our meal was delivered promptly and we dug in. Sometimes, in some pubs, you can find the chips hiding under the lettuce - not at the Henley Beach Hotel. A pile of golden magnificence awaited. Hot, crisp and plentiful the chips were just fabulous. It was a true struggle to do this meal justice but we got there. The burger was huge and tasty, I cut it in half to try and manage it and finished it off with a knife and fork. Next week I get to try something else)

For a modern upmarket hotel the mens toilet was 3rd world. The management has to be condemned. Get cleaners in that know how to clean and not just wet the floors. Does anyone know what uric acid is? You got 3 stars because the meal was loverly.

Good food. Good place to catch up with friends.
Review from April 2021 - become very pricey. You pay for lunch same price as per dinner. I think is wrong. Changing my 4 stars to 3. Sorry

I think I have found my new favourite meal
Amazing flavours in the schnitzel mexican. Large servings which I couldn't finish, my husband who is a big eater, cleaned the plate but was in a food coma for awhile. My only fault (which is small) was that Mr junior had finished his meal before adults meals had arrived. All in all, fantastic lunch

While slightly more expensive than other hotels its quality and quantity made it worth the money. Great atmosphere and customer service was superb.
