From the minute you walk into this clinic and are greeted by the friendly reception staff you feel immediately more relaxed. Both Kelly and Pav are extremely professional, warm and caring about your needs and reservations about wearing hearing aids. Most amazing service!

Both my Dad and my Grandfather needed hearing aids and so they went to see Kelly and Pavel at Hearing Sense.
They have both experienced such a big improvement in their lives not just from being able to hear well again but also from knowing that Hearing Sense provides ongoing support, understanding and a willingness to ensure that they are happy with the hearing aids that they wear.
I was also impressed that they both have different aids that are specialised for their own individual health which means that there is not a "one size fits all" approach in the care that the audiologists provide.

I also appreciated the honesty and integrity that was displayed where Kelly and Pavel really cared about ensuring that my family members had the most suitable solution and care each one required. Their follow up service was so great and no matter how many questions were asked they showed patience and understanding.
