Hearing Sense

My husband and I have found it more difficult of late to travel across town for hearing tests and maintenance of hearing aids and decided to try in our own suburb - Hearing Sense sells and services our brand of hearing aid - Oticon aids.

Fantastic individualised highly professional service. As a music lover, getting new hearing aids adjusted optimally is always tricky, but Kelly and Rhiannon nailed it! I was even able to have the aids adjusted remotely while in the music environment. Nothing is too much trouble, they know their stuff. Highly recommended

I only recently arrived in Norwood from the United Stares. I’m deaf in my left hear & have had a hearing aid for many years in my right. It had been some time since my last hearing test and I was having problems. Time for a “fresh” start. Luckily for me I went to Hearing Sense. Kelly tested me & laid out a clear plan for my hearing future. My deaf left year would get an aid that would transfer those clear left side sounds to my “new superior”right hearing aid. That combination has changed my life! I have never been around a more caring, competent, professional audiologist as Kelly. Also a big & grateful shout out to Ayesha, Kelly’s fantastic assistant.

This Clinic is such a breath of fresh air. You walk into a happy friendly environment filled with wonderful staff who go above and beyond with any queries or problems you may be having.nothing but an outstanding experience.

I’m so grateful, happy and enjoying being able to hear again. The TEAM of professionals at Hearing Sense, Norwood, especially Kelly and Aysha, are outstanding in all areas: customer service, knowledge, skills, follow up and educating me in HOW to get the best quality hearing aids that suit my needs. Being independent they are not limited to one brand AND what a difference that made. (I trialled a one brand suits all- Abysmal, inadequate and no education or choice) Then I discovered HEARING SENSE at NORWOOD. Having LOTS of information verbally and in brochures up front that I could reread when needed was most helpful. I purchased aids for each ear and it only cost a few hundred dollars more than ONE hearing aid at the other place. Both ears were diagnosed by both places as needing aids, Kelly refined her search and one company’s product suited me the best. Extremely grateful to have aids that suit my needs. I give Hearing Sense the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE.

The staff at Hearing Sense are the most competent, helpful and obliging that one could wish for. This includes the professional audiologists through to reception staff. The follow-up service after purchase of my amazing hearing aids has been exceptional.

I would recommend Hearing Sense to anyone who has a need for hearing services. Rhiannon was my hearing specialist and she could not have been more helpful. She understood all my funny explanations for what I was hearing and adjust everything accordingly. Great service from a great specialist.

It's six months since my wife Sherine had a trial of the Starkey Livio Edge Hearing Aids recommended for her by Pavel. She purchased them at the end of the trial and remains completely satisfied with her decision. Being on the road and from NSW had us concerned about ongoing service but Pavel and Kelly have been fantastic with excellent assistance throughout. We have the assurance of continuing free service wherever we are on our travels with an account established for online adjustments if/when needed. We researched all the providers in Adelaide and chose Hearing Sense from a short list of 3 all of whom we consulted. We found them to be the most professional, caring and competitive. The best part of their service is that they are not locked in to any one brand (like Audika) and will recommend the best option for you across a whole range of models. Also unlike others (Audika again!) who charge for ongoing service plans they provide free after sales service and adjustments for the life of the Aids. In terms of competition they were able to provide better prices for brands like Orticon than even Audika who manufacture this brand of hearing aid! They also got us an excellent price on the top of the range Starkey that was our final choice and recommended over other brands. Just visited Kelly for fine tuning whilst traveling through Adelaide and she patiently and cheerfully went through all my wife's questions providing her with even more options on how to manage her Aids even better. Also lovely how they engage close family members in the process and I felt part of the whole exercise. They also provided us with a payment plan, after the initial deposit, over a period of six months which was really helpful and appreciated. My wife is really happy with her decision to go with Hearing Sense and is reaping the benefits of better hearing after many years of contemplating! These guys are the best and it is certainly no accident they have a 5 star rating. Also thanks to Maddie and the front office who have responded promptly and efficiently to all our communication on the road. A great team giving one the peace of mind that you are in good hands with a major life decision. Thanks Kelly and Pavel for your help and ongoing assistance whenever needed.

I booked an appointment for my 87 year old mother who had been struggling with her hearing for years. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Aysha & Elly. They were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
When we first met Kelly I was impressed by how kind and caring she was towards mum. She was very thorough and helpful.
The 2nd time we went we met Kelly's husband Pavel. He too was wonderful. They make an amazing team. They both are skilful professionals.
I want to thank you all so much for the kindness you showed us. Mum loves her hearing aids.

Pavel and Kelly would have to be the most professional audiologists I know of. I've been a customer of theirs for several years and the atmosphere at Hearing Sense is always friendly, the staff always most helpful, and the attention given always excellent. Ray (Aldgate)

Amazing, Wonderful, Fantastic, Caring and apart from that Helpful, these people would have to be the most patient, helpful Service Providers I have ever come across! Nothing was too much trouble and not once was I pressured to buy anything…. I would say you would have to go a long way to find people like this.
