I saw Dr Hui and cannot thank him enough for seeing me straight away, and reassuring me that I was not imagining my pain. He was wonderful, as were the reception staff, I walked in hoping to get an unscheduled appointment and they obliged.

I just saw Dr Goswami about my back pain and he just talked about taking a higher dose of AmitriptyIine which I disagree with. I want to stay active and switched on. I do not want to hear him go on about dementia. I cannot possibly see him again. He is negative and destructive to older people.

I have always tried to see Dr Joshi at the golden Grove Clinic or Fairview Park Clinic as he is understanding and knowledgeable and very helpful.
I am totally happy being under Dr Joshi's care

My 97 year old mother was given a last minute Tele appointment with a lovely Dr to discuss her current medical condition after having being diagnosed COVID positive. I was extremely grateful that Golden Grove Health Sense MedicalCentre agreed to review my mum as I was very concerned for her personal welfare given her frailty and her age. The secretary that I spoke to at the centre, and the Dr who telephoned were both very helpful and pleasant and helped to allay our anxieties Re treatment for my mother. On top of this there was no cost incurred. I will happily recommend this medical centre to others as a result of this positive experience. Well done and again many thanks to all concerned.

The most thorough doctor I have come across! I will continue to use this doctor as he rectified an issue that I have been having for 5 months and had been seeing my regular doctor from another practice about. Dr Paul really seemed to listen and care. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Phone appointment with doctor- she rang promptly, discussed charges for appointment (haven’t visited practice for 12 months) and these charges were explained on Hot Doc when I made the phone appt!
No surprises! Reception staff phoned for payment later in the afternoon!

My Dr, Derek has only be there for awhile and I followed him there, he's definitely the best. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

I see Dr. Sharma and she is wonderful and caring. Have also seen a few of the other Drs. At this clinic, and have been very happy with all of them.

Been going there for many years however I have had many experiences with poor communication from reception to Dr this seems to be a constant issue also there’s no consideration for long standing patients if there in serious pain l experienced this today with the receptionist Michelle very cold and and disregard the fact that I am in pain and this would be a simple solution as this was a simple request which was only a matter of an escript from any of the Drs today really confused and
Very disappointed. No one should be turned away when there in pain.

Very easy and seamless experience. I found the doctors and staff to be very friendly and professional. My doctor always give me his full attention and expertise. I never feel I am being short changed on on my consultation.

I have been using this doctor clinic for over 3 years now and absolutely can't fault it. Every doctor I have seen has been very caring and helpful. In particular Dr Zwarts. I consider him our family doctor as he is very understanding, passionate, eager to get to the bottom of our issues and fantastic with the kids (he makes balloon animals for then every appointment I have the kids with me) they are generally on time and if not they only go overtime a little bit, not hours like other clinics I've been to.

As a first time patient to your podiatrist Phillip Ngo, I am very impressed, and learnt more today than I have with any other podiatrist. I want to say Thankyou and I have now found my new clinic.

First experience but so far so good. Booked super easy the day before on Healthengine, then filled out new patient form virtually, came in right on time the next day, signed the new patient form and was called right in. Dr was kind, thorough and friendly, was one of the easiest experiences.
