58 2 doctors have failed to attend/acknowledge my fractured spine, keep telling me it’s nothing and brushing me off and not listening to my concerns. I’m in pain and they won’t prescribe me pain medication, see a specialist don’t recommend any of these doctors as they cannot read X-rays and give false information (well for me they have). Dr Lee is in that much of a rush to be paid he keep saying “ok bye” when I am not finished. Dr Battula seemed annoyed when I kept asking questions in regard to my own health. Not fair.
Will not be returning again

Dr Sohail is an incredibly kind, caring, thorough, and knowledgeable Dr and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The reception staff are also friendly and efficient.
Great Docs (Martin) actually listens and makes you feel more than just a number. The girls on the reception desk are the best, always polite and greet with a smile that lifts a soul

Ok, I was crook, I went to see Dr Yull, now I’m better.
I had a laugh with the receptionists. I waited 45 seconds to be seen and follow up was quick and easy. Absolutely first class service.
I recently had the opportunity to visit HealthSense Medical Centre, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made me feel comfortable right away.
The medical center itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a soothing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The waiting area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a calm environment for patients.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism and expertise of the medical staff. The doctors at HealthSense Medical Centre Golden grove were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns. I consulted Dr. Narasinharaja Battulla he listened to me with genuine care and provided clear explanations.
Terrible, 2nd time going here for mental health support and disappointed again. I choose a doctor who listed specialities in mental health and was met by someone who was completely out of touch with the state of our mental health care system, blaming me for being on a waiting list to see a physiologists for 6 months, tried to mansplain how antidepressants work as he had no understanding of the concept of seritonin syndrome. I even cried in his office and wasn't even offered a tissue. Plus the joy of him imposing a gap payment. Rethinking this as my choice of clinics.

This rating is for Dr Rana not the centre not other doctors love the centre reception staff are always friendly and other doctors also.however my dr I was booked in with was unwell so I saw Dr Rana I needed a script he questioned me on my script as to why I needed it questioned me on my condition and showed disbelief I then told him to read my notes he wasn’t interested I then mentioned another thing I wanted checked and what I’m usually prescribed for it he without even looking disagreed with me and said it’s not what you’re saying and wanted to use a different method I again told him to check my notes … last thing I wanted a referral for a Dr he told me don’t need one after discussion and informing I do he checked with another dr to find I actually needed one.so he wrote the referral he got the lovely ladies At reception to fax through and I was informed I’d be contacted for an appointment two months later no call only to find out he gave incorrect contact details for me.only dr I will refuse to see at this clinic. 5 stars for everyone else at the clinic best practice I’ve been too friendliest reception staff nurses and doctors
Great medical centre the staff are very nice and helpful. Totally different to the last medical centre I went to even the doctors were rude there 365 days of the year.
I went to this clinic for the first time as other clinics were fully booked during the festive season.
I had all covid symptoms but my RAT was negative. I expressed to the doctor that i am afraid RAT is not reliable and my symptoms are beyond a flue or cold.
Doctor prescribed antibiotic and believe we have to trust RAT.
The next day after consuming the antibiotics yet I was not feeling well. I did another RAT and I was positive.
Really disappointed. I wasted money as it was not bulk billed clinic and I took antibiotic which does not work for Covid.
Awesome service, knowledge and expertise of all staff from the minute you walk in the door till you leave and ongoing.
Especially I had to change my appointments multiple times and front desk staff were more than willing to help and accommodate me.

Easy to book a same day phone consult. Face to face appointments within around 48 hours. I got the support I needed promptly.
Visited this clinic for the first time and saw Dr Martin Slepanek, he was very welcoming and empathetic of my situation.
Telephonic appointment and doctors asking me to check and make decisions, I feel like I will be doctors very soon and making my own decisions but calling them for prescription. What a joke.
Waking up with a very unwell wife this morning I was pleased that when I rang the Health Sense Medical Centre Golden Grove we were able to see a doctor quite quickly. When seeing him he was friendly, most thorough and explained what was happening to Helen. We also appreciated the kindness of the staff and their thoughtfulness in wishing my wife well. A much appreciated service at an upsetting and awkward time.
