HealthSense Medical Centre Fairview Green

One of the best clinics in Adelaide I have visited. The place is so bright and clean, easy to find a carpark; absolutely easy to reach out and make an appointment as the receptionists are very helpful; Dr Singh is so patient and professional. He listened to you and gave you different solutions to solve your problems. Even though I live in Gawler I will definitely come back.

Convenient location at Fairview Green shopping centre. Pathology room on site. Vaccines available and not just Covid. Can do various medical examinations for licensing etc. These are at extra cost and are clearly laid out at reception. Some other procedures may result in a Co payment.
However, for general consults it’s bulk bill so happy days!

Been to many medical centre. The place is one of the best. Dr Singh is so kind and so thorough. I can feel that he really cares for his patients. Which is a big plus. I highly recommend the HEALTHSENSE MEDICAL CENTRE in Fairview Park.

I have been seeing this Doctor for approximately 7 years one day back in 2016 I was feeling unwell and walked in to practice, I had been having some high blood pressure issues etc, when I walked into his office he looked at me and said you are having a heart attack, he immediately called a ambulance, I was transported to hospital and 4 days later had a triple bypass, since then he has kept me on the path to good health.

First visit to the Drs surgery today, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, I had a consultation with the doctor and I felt he really listen to me, i was not rushed.
Pleased that I a friend referred to this practice.

On hold for 6 minutes to try and make an appointment, with the same 30 second message on a loop. Called back same thing again. Hire another receptionist!

First doctor I’ve been to that has taken me seriously and looking further into my pain, willingly gave me a referral to get a scan and to try and resolve my issues. Very grateful and happy to have booked with Dr Singh, and will continue to book with him.

Great new surgery. Very clean. Friendly, efficient staff. Easy parking. Lovely calm atmosphere which I think is due to the smallness of the surgery.

I have been seeing Dr Javaria Mofazzal for over a year & she is the kindest, most caring doctor that I've ever seen. I have many complex conditions & she has given me the best care & she always takes the time to explain things & she is extremely thorough in treating conditions & making sure to get to the bottom of things. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I had excellent service at Healthsence at fairview Park. I did not have to wait very long. Everybody on staff were very helpful and Friendly. Would definitely recommend this Doctors surgery.
